Calorie Intake Tracker keeps your nutrition simple and focused. Log meals, track your daily calories and macros, and stay on top of your goal whether you're cutting or bulking. Today at a glance See your calorie ring fill toward your daily goal, with a smart status that adapts to your mode. Cutting? It tells you how much you have left, flags when you hit your limit, and warns when you go over. Bulking? It tracks your progress toward your target and confirms when you've hit it. A macro summary with chips and optional progress bars keeps protein, carbs, and fat visible at all times. Logging made fast Log meals in seconds with name, calories, and optional macros. Meal suggestions and quick-fill from your recent history mean you're rarely typing the same thing twice. Backdate meals to any past day, and edit or delete with a swipe. History that actually helps Browse meals grouped by day, or switch to the monthly calendar view to see your streak at a glance. Days you logged but didn't meet your goal show as an outline; days you hit your goal are filled in. Consecutive goal days connect into pills so your streak is immediately visible. Tap any day to see its meals, totals, and goal status, and add or edit meals right from that sheet. Your goals, your rules Set your daily calorie goal and optional macro targets. Toggle between cutting and bulking mode and Calorie Intake Tracker adjusts what counts as a "met" day accordingly. Hide macros entirely by leaving targets at zero.
