Your thoughts are running the show — and you're exhausted. Unsaid is the app for overthinkers who are tired of replaying the same worries, catastrophizing outcomes that never happen, and losing hours of their day to mental spirals. In under 3 minutes, Unsaid helps you get out of your head and back into your life. It's completely free. Just speak or type what's on your mind. Unsaid's AI listens, then separates the facts from the stories your brain invented — delivering a clarity score and personalized insight so you can finally see your thoughts for what they really are. No judgment. No clinical jargon. Just honest, warm clarity — anytime you need it. WHAT MAKES UNSAID DIFFERENT Most apps ask you to journal. Unsaid asks you to offload. There's no pressure to write beautifully or think clearly — just say what's spinning in your head, and let the AI do the heavy lifting. The voice-first experience means you can capture a spiral the second it starts, with zero friction. Close the Loop changes the way you relate to worry. Every time you log a fear, Unsaid remembers it. Come back later to see whether what you dreaded actually happened. Spoiler: it usually didn't. Over time, this feature alone rewires the way your brain calculates risk. Six grounding tools, ready when you need them. From the 60-Second Exhale and 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding to Likely Reality Cards and the Night Reset, each tool is designed for a real moment in your day — not a 30-minute commitment you'll abandon by Tuesday. Your personalized insights dashboard tracks your patterns over time. See which triggers come up most, watch your clarity score improve, and stay motivated with streaks that celebrate your consistency — not your perfection. Time-aware recommendations mean Unsaid knows whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening, and suggests the right tool for your moment. Because a racing mind at 2am needs something different than midday anxiety before a meeting. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY FEEL Unsaid was designed with overthinkers, not for a textbook. A beautiful dark interface with ambient animations and gentle haptic feedback makes the experience feel like a calm corner of the world that's entirely yours. Everything stays private. Your spirals are yours alone. And it's completely free — no paywalls, no subscriptions, no catch. YOUR MIND DESERVES PEACE If you've ever laid awake rehearsing conversations that haven't happened, catastrophized a perfectly normal situation, or felt trapped in a thought loop you couldn't escape — Unsaid was made for you. Download Unsaid today and give your mind somewhere safe to land. Unsaid is a self-help wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

ActiveMind is not a step counter and it is not a meditation app. It is the answer to a smaller question: what should I do right now? Tell it how you feel, or let it read your day from Apple Health, and it suggests something that actually fits. A short walk when you are flat. Something quiet when your body is carrying more than usual. Somewhere to go when the weather is good and you have an afternoon. Saying how you feel takes one slide, and a few words about why if you want to add them. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most apps show you correlations. "You feel better on days you go outside." That sounds useful until you notice the problem: you go outside on days you already feel good, so nobody can tell which way it runs. ActiveMind is the app that chooses what to suggest, so it can do something about that. The Lab runs a real experiment on your own days. For three weeks it flips a coin each morning. On some days it leads with the thing being tested, on others it stays quiet. You live normally either way. At the end you get a straight answer about whether it moved anything, and because the days were picked at random, that answer means something. It will also tell you when something did nothing for you. That is a real result, and it saves you months on the wrong thing. DAYS OUT, NOT JUST MINUTES 194 day trips built from the places actually around you, each one a short itinerary with real stops and times. Answer four questions about the kind of day you want and it picks one. Nearby towns are included, so a good afternoon is not limited to your own postcode. Everywhere you go gets pinned to a map of your own year. WEATHER, AND WHAT IT DOES TO YOU ActiveMind keeps a daily record of the sky next to how you felt, then tests which parts of it actually move you. Grey days, low pressure, short daylight, poor air. If a pattern turns out to be real for you, tomorrow's forecast starts taking it into account. If nothing shows up, it says so. YOUR BODY, READABLE Heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, breathing rate and wrist temperature, each with its bands drawn so a number lands somewhere, and history you can drag through. Wrist temperature is shown against your own recent nights, because the raw number only tells you about your bedroom. EVERYTHING ELSE 665 things to do, filtered by how much energy you actually have Places near you worth walking to, open now and worth the walk A forecast you can open: UV, humidity, wind, rain, pressure and conditions, hour by hour Sleep sounds, breathing exercises, timers for the things you hold A letter every Sunday, written from your own week Mood check-ins that flow into Apple Health PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Every analysis in this app runs on your phone. Your moods, your health data and your check-ins are not uploaded, not sold, and not shared. There is no account to make. ActiveMind is not a medical device and nothing in it is a diagnosis. For anything that worries you about your health, talk to a clinician. move, think, thrive
