HYROX athletes train three disciplines. Most apps cover one. HyTrack is the one place to log every run, every lift, and all eight HYROX stations — and now your watch fills it in for you. WHAT'S IN THE APP • Apple Health sync — runs and workouts from your Apple Watch, Garmin, or Strava auto-import into your training log. No double entry. • Unified session log — GPS runs, all 8 HYROX stations, and strength work in one timeline. • Race countdown — set your race date and the app builds your weeks around it, from base building to taper. • Race Simulator — build your split strategy for all 8 stations and run it live with a segment timer on race-pace days. • PR tracking — automatic personal records across stations, runs, and lifts. • HYROX Coach (Pro) — a structured weekly plan scaled to your division (Open/Pro/Elite) and your race date, using official HYROX station weights. • Smart Race Strategy (Pro) — split targets built from your own logged results. Train for hybrid fitness races like HYROX®. 8Round is the hybrid race stopwatch: eight running legs and, between them, the eight stations, in competition order and with competition weights. LEVEL 0: START FROM ZERO Never run before, or coming back after years? Level 0 builds you a plan up to your race, mixing running and walking, with your heart rate zone, GPS when you run outdoors and Hugo and Nora for strength. If a week goes wrong, it rebuilds itself. Free. THE CLOCK NEVER STOPS Just like on race day: from the first leg to the last. What you rest in between counts too, and 8Round times it apart, so you finally see how much time you lose standing still. ON YOUR WRIST: APPLE WATCH AND GARMIN Take the race on your watch: the leg, the time, your heart rate and the ghost, and the big button starts and closes each leg without touching your phone. In Doubles and Relay it buzzes when it's your turn. The Apple Watch also works on its own, without your iPhone, with its GPS. And your heart rate from any Bluetooth strap. YOUR PREDICTED TIME AND YOUR PLAN From your races, 8Round works out the time you'd do today and where you lose it: transitions, stations or pace. It gives you a leg-by-leg race plan and a week-by-week training plan up to race day, starting with what costs you most time. With strength sessions, with or without equipment, with Hugo and Nora doing every exercise, and a gold ring that tells you when to add weight. RACE THE GHOST Against your best time, another race of yours or a friend's: on every leg you see whether you're ahead or behind. SIX LEVELS Open and Pro are the competition divisions, with the exact weights for each. Below them, four levels — Level 1 to Level 4 — to work your way up without taking on the full race on day one. ONE STATION AT A TIME Just want to hammer the ski, the row or the wall balls? Pick the exercise, your metres and your kilos. YOUR PROGRESS Your history by month and day, every race leg by leg with a bar that shows where the time went, and the graphs: how your time drops, your transitions, your heart rate by zone and your best marks at every station. DOUBLES, RELAY AND COMMUNITY Set up a race with your friends, with the countdown on every phone at once. Chat, friends, the feed with workouts from your friends and the world, and the map to find people who race. FREE, ALWAYS Level 0, Level 1, Stations, the PFT, the full Open race, heart-rate strap support, your predicted time, your race plan, your training plan's first week, your best marks and your last three months of history never cost anything. And your account is free too, with the community, the ranking, and Open Doubles and Relay with your friends. 8ROUND PLUS Level 2, 3 and 4, Custom mode, Pro, ghost mode, your plan's guided sessions from the second week, your progress graphs and your full history are 8Round Plus, with a 14-day free trial: monthly or yearly subscription, auto-renewing at the same price; you're charged when the free trial ends and it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from your Apple account settings. Or a one-time lifetime purchase. RANKING, AND ONLY WITH THE NAME YOU PICK A ranking for every level, with the top three men and women, and your own spot. It shows the name you choose and your time, nothing else — no surname, no email. See it by city, country, continent or the whole world. Join if you want, leave whenever you want: leaving erases your row, name included. IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH With the names athletes actually use in each language: sled push or empuje de trineo, sandbag lunges or zancadas con saco. 8Round is by Reverfit.
