Every sobriety app counts days. Only Sobriety Score shows you how recovery is healing your body - with real health data from your iPhone, AI-powered reflections that never leave your device, and zero subscriptions. Your recovery is more than a number on a counter. It's your sleep getting deeper. Your heart rate calming down. Your energy coming back. Sobriety Score connects to Apple Health to track the physical proof that sobriety is working - so on the hard days, you can see exactly how far you've come. SOBRIETY STREAK & MULTI-HABIT TRACKER Track days sober across alcohol, substances, or any habit you're breaking. Beautiful home screen widget shows your streak on your lock screen and Dynamic Island - a constant, private reminder of your progress. No paywall on the widget. HEALTHKIT RECOVERY DASHBOARD See how your body is healing in real time. Sobriety Score reads sleep quality, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and activity data from Apple Health - then shows you clear trends: "Your sleep improved 23% since day 30." No other sobriety app does this. ON-DEVICE AI REFLECTION PARTNER A private journaling companion powered by on-device AI. It asks thoughtful reflection questions, celebrates your milestones, and never judges. Every word stays on your phone - your recovery story is yours alone. If you're in crisis, it connects you to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. CRAVINGS TOOLKIT When a craving hits, open the toolkit. Log it with one tap (or say "Hey Siri, log a craving"), see how long cravings typically last, and get grounding exercises to ride it out. Over time, watch your craving frequency drop on your personal trend chart. MILESTONES & SAVINGS CALCULATOR Celebrate 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, 1 year - every milestone matters. See exactly how much money and time you've saved by staying sober. Share milestone cards with your sponsor or support network. SIRI SHORTCUTS & QUICK ACTIONS "Hey Siri, log a craving" or "Hey Siri, how many days sober?" - hands-free access when you need it most. Long-press the app icon for quick actions to your daily pledge and journal. Sober October is a fun way to insert a little mindfulness into your daily routine. We’ve chosen four simple things to focus on: drinking less, and sleeping, reading, and exercising more. That’s it. We added a basic point system, a leaderboard, and just enough competition to gamify the whole thing. Join an existing challenge or start your own. Do it with friends for some added accountability, or create a challenge just for yourself. It’s an honor system. Log your day, earn your points, and try to get one day right at a time. Stack a few good days together and you might find yourself building some momentum. Along the way, you can track your progress, climb the leaderboard, chase Perfect Days, compete for discipline trophies, share photos and comments, and keep up with everyone else in your challenge. The goal isn’t necessarily to become a completely different person for one month. Maybe you just prove to yourself that you CAN do it. Maybe a few healthier habits stick around after October. And despite the name, nobody says you have to wait until October. Sober October. Sober November. Random-three-weeks-in-March. We’re not picky.

Sobriety Score's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
