Kro vs RepLock

You can't press ignore on a push-up... or a squat. Kro blocks your most distracting apps. The only way back in: reps, counted live by your camera. No reps, no scroll. Every blocker has a back door: a "15 more minutes" button, a settings toggle, an honor-system check-in. You found it by day three. Kro's only back door is on the floor. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps that eat your nights and set a daily budget • Spend it, then Kro asks for reps before letting you back in • Your camera counts the reps on-device: push-ups, squats, plank, squat hold, sit-ups or jumping jacks. Half reps don't count. • Finish the set, earn your minutes. Out of time? Back to the floor. HARDCORE MODE Every day starts at 0 minutes. Nothing is free. Every scroll is earned. DUELS Challenge a friend to 30 seconds of reps. Send the link to your group chat and see who actually shows up. WATCH YOUR BODY CHANGE Every muscle you train turns green. Skip a week and it slips. WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES The "just 5 minutes" that ends at 2 a.m. now costs a set of push-ups. Half the time you'll decide the scroll isn't worth it, that's the point. The other half, you're getting stronger by accident. You don't need more willpower. You need a door that only opens for reps. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Reps are counted on your device. Video only leaves your phone if you choose to send a duel clip to your friends. Kro is free to download. A subscription is required to block apps and earn screen time. Your apps stay locked until you've earned them. RepLock blocks the apps that eat your day. To unlock them, there's exactly one way: real exercise, counted by your camera. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps to block. RepLock shields them with Apple's Screen Time technology. 2. When you want your apps back, do squats or pushups, or hold a plank. Your camera verifies every rep, live and on-device. 3. Reps become minutes in your balance. Spend them whenever you want — your screen time waits for you. WHY REPLOCK IS DIFFERENT — A balance, not a stopwatch. Every verified rep deposits minutes into your bank. Save them up, spend them when it counts. — Strict by design. No skip button, no "just five more minutes", no escape hatch. The shield stays until the reps are done. — Three verified exercises. Squats, pushups, and planks — each checked live by on-device body detection. — You set the exchange rate. From 0.1 to 5 minutes per rep, per exercise. Make it as expensive as you need it to be. — Get-ready countdown and a live rep counter, so setup movements never count as reps. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE Everything that matters happens on your iPhone. No account. No ads. No tracking. Camera frames are processed in real time on-device and are never stored or sent anywhere. The only thing RepLock sends is anonymous usage statistics (which screens are used, how many sessions are completed) — never linked to you, never sold. REPLOCK PRO Start with a free trial, then one simple yearly subscription. Unlimited app blocking, all three exercises, every feature included. You already know willpower isn't enough — you've tried the timers and the limits. Put your screen time behind something that actually costs effort. Doomscrolling got you here. Squats will get you out. Privacy Policy: https://0xcssh.github.io/replock-legal/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://0xcssh.github.io/replock-legal/terms.html
