Your step goal. No excuses. StridePal is the no-nonsense step tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps you moving and out of your own way. Most step apps bury you in data, slow you down, or just get ignored. StridePal cuts through the noise. One goal. One focus. Every day. STAY LOCKED ON YOUR GOAL Always know where you stand and exactly what it takes to finish the day strong. BUILT FOR YOUR WRIST Pick the watch face that fits you: a full progress ring, or your step count in the biggest type we could fit. Swipe for trends and friends, and put those pages in whatever order you like. Your count lives on your watch face too, as a complication. WALK WITH FRIENDS Follow the people who keep you honest. See how their day is going, send a cheer when they crush it, and give everyone a photo and a color so you know who is who at a glance. 7-DAY STEP CHALLENGES Challenge a friend to seven days. Most steps wins. Everyone gets seven full days in their own time zone, and StridePal tells you when your friend's day ends before or after yours. PROGRESS THAT ACTUALLY MOTIVATES Daily and weekly stats that push you forward, not put you to sleep. Streaks, records, weekly totals, and how you stack up against last week, last month, and last year. RUTHLESSLY SIMPLE DESIGN No bloat. No fluff. Just the stuff that keeps you moving. Miles or kilometers, your call. StridePal is free to download and use. Stats and Trends is a one-time unlock, yours to keep. Sharing works like a group plan: one person subscribes and invites the others, and everyone they invite joins at no cost. Every sharing plan includes Stats and Trends for as long as it is active, so there is no reason to buy both. Prices are shown in the app before you buy anything. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. About

Folego

Features

Fôlego reads the VO2 Max your Apple Watch already estimates automatically — during outdoor walks or runs — and shows your cardiorespiratory fitness band right on your watch, in a half-circle gauge that shares the same visual language as the native UV Index and Air Quality complications. HOW IT WORKS No sign-up, no login, nothing to type in. Fôlego reads three pieces of information that already exist in the Health app — VO2 Max, date of birth, and biological sex — and automatically calculates which of 6 bands (from Very Low to Superior) your cardio fitness falls into, using the same reference standard as the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines. ON YOUR WATCH • A Summary screen with the gauge and your current band • A history chart of the last several months • Complications for analog and digital watch faces (Modular, Infograph, Compass, and more), across circular, corner, rectangular, and inline families • Updates on its own whenever Health logs a new estimate PRIVACY Health access is read-only — Fôlego never writes or modifies anything. There's no account and no server: everything it calculates stays on your own iPhone and Apple Watch. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. The iPhone app exists only to grant Health permission — Fôlego is, first and foremost, an Apple Watch app. Requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later (latest watchOS) and at least one VO2 Max estimate already recorded in Health.
