Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Finite Scroll at none against OpenClient's 5. Finite Scroll also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.6). OpenClient's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpenClient sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Finite Scroll asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Finite Scroll against 4.9 for OpenClient. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OpenClient has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
