Remindera vs Life Admin Tracker

Most reminder apps ping you once and quit. Remindera follows up until it’s handled - on your terms - so you don’t have to worry about forgetting. You know the feeling: you see a reminder, mean to deal with it, and it quietly slips away. Remindera is built for the things that can't slip. It follows up more than once, on your schedule and in a voice you choose, until the task is actually handled. PERSISTENT, ON YOUR TERMS Set a plain reminder and Remindera keeps nudging, calmly, until it's done. Give it a deadline and it does more: the reminders come more often and grow more urgent as the day approaches, so the things that matter can't quietly pass you by. Either way, only during the active hours you set. No 3am pings, no guilt. A VOICE THAT SUITS YOU Choose the tone you'd actually want to hear from: • Gentle - Supportive, ADHD-friendly, zero guilt • Cheeky - Playful, bold, drama included • Dry - Wry observations, no exclamation marks • Wild - Surprising, ever-changing, occasionally unhinged • Efficient - Minimal, professional, action-oriented BUILT FOR RECURRING LIFE ADMIN Bills, rent, chores, renewals, appointments, birthdays, promises. Remindera handles the cadences real life runs on: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, the last weekday of the month, alternating-week schedules, and more. KEEP IT VISIBLE, NOT JUST PUSHED Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep what matters in view, so you catch it with a glance instead of waiting for another notification. SIMPLE TO SET UP, CLEAR TO FOLLOW Powerful scheduling, without the fuss. Your list shows each reminder's next time and recurrence at a glance. Tap any to see its full schedule, cadence, and active hours. And as you set one up, a timeline shows exactly when the follow-ups begin and end, so you know what will happen before you count on it. Remindera is free to use and stays free, with an optional Plus upgrade for unlimited recurring schedules. Remindera is a general reminder app for everyday tasks and routines, but isn't intended for emergency, medical, or safety-critical use. Some annoyances never make it onto a to-do list. The squeaky door. The app that's slow to load. The chore you keep putting off, the habit you mean to change. They just quietly bug you, again and again, until one day you finally snap and deal with them. Itchery is for exactly those things. Add an "itch" for anything that nags you, then give it a tap every time it gets to you. The more it bugs you, the more it heats up, so the things that genuinely matter rise to the top on their own. When one is ripe, that is your cue to finally do something about it. HOW IT WORKS - Tap to log. One tap each time something bugs you. No forms, no fuss. - Watch it ripen. Every itch has a heat meter that climbs with each tap and cools as it fades. - Try a fix. Note what you tried, and Itchery checks back to see if it held. - Clear it. Resolve an itch and it moves to your archive, so you can look back at what bugged you and what finally worked. TRACK TOGETHER Share an itch with a partner, a flatmate, or family. You both tap, the heat climbs together, and you tackle it as a team. A shared nudge, never a blame list. EVERYWHERE YOU ARE - Home-screen widgets to log an itch in a single tap. - A full Apple Watch app and complications. - Everything stays in sync over iCloud. No account, nothing to log into. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No analytics over your shoulder. No data sold. Your itches stay yours. Free to start. Itchery Plus unlocks unlimited itches, every widget, and Track Together, as a subscription or a one-time purchase if subscriptions are not your thing.
