BabeLog is a local-first baby tracking app built for everyday family care. It helps you log feeding, sleep, diapers, health, growth, reminders, and important moments in one place with less friction. Many baby tracking apps do not fail because they lack features. They fail because logging becomes too slow, too fragmented, and too easy to stop using once real care gets busy. BabeLog is designed to make common daily actions faster to record, easier to review later, and easier to keep up with over time. The app supports six core record types: feeding, sleep, diaper, health, growth, and moments. Quick daily entry points and reusable templates reduce repeated input. The history area supports search, filtering, review, edit, and duplicate actions so catch-up logging and later cleanup take less effort. The Tools module on the Today screen keeps the two feeding tasks together. The feeding timer supports start, pause, resume, and finish, and creates a feeding record automatically when you finish, so you do not have to reconstruct the timing by hand. The feeding reference shows per-feed and daily reference ranges for your baby's age and compares them with what you have logged today. The same module also includes sleep sounds: pink noise, white noise, brown noise, green noise, fan, hairdryer, rain, stream, ocean waves, womb sound, heartbeat, shush, and car ride. These thirteen sounds loop continuously, can be set to stop after 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and keep playing with the screen off. Reminder support is designed for real repeated care routines. In addition to standard and smart reminders, the current product supports recurring reminders, reminder completion and snooze handling, and reminder templates generated from vaccine or checkup health plans. This makes it easier not only to record care tasks, but also to keep following through on them. The growth area supports height, weight, and head circumference tracking with charts and trend explanations. It also includes health plan support for vaccine and checkup milestones. The app currently supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean for broader day-to-day family use. Tools also includes a crying checklist. It does not record or analyze your baby's sounds; it orders things to check from the records already in the app, such as the last feeding, diaper change, awake time, temperature, and age. You try each one in turn, mark what did not help, and save what settled your baby so it comes first next time. The same screen always lists the signs that mean it is time to see a doctor. Key features include: Feeding, sleep, diaper, health, growth, and moment records Quick daily logging and reusable templates Feeding timer and feeding reference ranges Sleep sounds, with thirteen looped options Crying checklist, ordered from your records (no sound analysis) History search, filtering, review, edit, and duplicate actions Reminders, smart reminders, recurring reminders, and reminder planning Reminder completion, snooze actions, and health plan reminder templates Height, weight, and head circumference tracking with trend insights Vaccine and checkup health plan management BabeLog is designed more as a long-term personal or family care tool than a social app. It helps you gradually build a useful record of everyday baby care instead of turning it into a content platform. Feature requests or improvement ideas are welcome — leave them in an App Store review. Every one is read and used to guide future updates.

Ask a Page is a small book that answers you. Choose a chapter if you like — Love, Work, Study or Self — then write your question, say it, or simply keep it in mind. Push the cover open with your finger, and the book falls open to a single line printed on paper. The book doesn’t decide for you, and it doesn’t predict anything. Each line is a pause: a small nudge, a gentler way to look, a reason to wait. Often the answer you notice is your own. A PAGE IN THE LIGHT OF THE MOMENT • The light in the room follows the time of day — dawn, day, dusk and night, with a desk lamp and a moonlit window after dark. • Wind, rain, a storm, snow: the weather changes from day to day, made right on your phone. • 156 original lines written for this book: the whole book, plus four chapters. KEEP WHAT MATTERS • Keep a page, and note how it felt and what you’d answer yourself — in the margin, like notes in a real book. • Days later, come back to it. The screen returns to the light of that day, and you can add what you think now. • Share a page as a quiet card, only when you choose to. MAKE IT YOUR BOOK • Seven jackets and papers, all included. • A bookplate on the flyleaf, with your name. QUIET BY DESIGN • Free for the first three days you open the book, as many pages as you like. After that, unlock the whole book once: no subscription, no ads, no limit on pages. • No account. Everything stays on this iPhone. Hold-to-speak turns your voice into text on the device and never saves or uploads it. • Back up your pages to a file and bring them to a new phone. In English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, German, Korean, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Arabic. Ask a Page is for reflection, not advice, and isn’t a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial help. If a question touches on life and death, the book won’t turn a page; it shows where to find someone to talk to.
