Beam World vs Kinship HK

Beam is a multi-disciplinary studio that blends movement, music and meditation to create new energy. We design immersive movement experiences that guide athletes into deeper body awareness and expansive mental clarity. With emotive lighting, ambient soundscapes, beam creates spaces that help people feel more connected to themselves.

Kinship is a contrast therapy and social wellness space in Mid-Levels, Hong Kong — a place to step out of the city's pace and put an hour back into yourself. Every session is grounded in scientifically backed protocols: sauna and cold plunge for contrast therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), breathwork and red light therapy. These are practices — things you get better at with time — and we're here to guide you, so every visit builds on the last. What you'll find is a gentle uplift — clearer, calmer, a little lighter — and a community of like-minded people who show up for themselves, together.
