Kilra is a symptom tracker for people living with a chronic condition. Log what you feel, log what you do, and Kilra shows you what the two have in common. WHAT IT DOES Symptom tracking Log a symptom in about thirty seconds. Forty symptoms, severity 1-10, triggers and notes. Every entry comes straight back as a read: how today compares with your usual, how many times this week, and when these tend to land. Habit and dose tracking Record routines, medication and sleep alongside your symptoms, so there is something to compare your days against. Learns your body Kilra compares your worse days with your better ones, factor by factor, and ranks what lines up. It shows the strength of each association and how confident it is. The record keeps getting sharper the longer you log. Doctor-ready reports Your whole history on one page, formatted for an appointment. Visits, labs, dose changes and everything you logged, in order. BUILT AROUND ONE DAILY HABIT Open it, tap a number, done. The home screen opens on what you have recorded rather than on a form. Nothing is withheld behind a countdown - your record starts working the first time you use it and improves every day after. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. Analysis runs on your iPhone, not on a server. No account needed to start. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS Kilra finds associations in your own data. It is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose. It will tell you when it does not have enough data to say something, rather than guessing. Every number it shows you is one you can check. SUBSCRIPTION Kilra is a paid subscription with weekly, monthly and annual plans. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Overthinking again? Your brain won't shut off, and you don't have 20 minutes to meditate. You need to feel normal again. Now. Tell Momo what's wrong, and it talks you calm in about 3 minutes. WHY IT WORKS WHEN OTHER APPS DIDN'T Meditation apps hand you a timer and hope. Momo doesn't. You say how you feel: stressed, stuck, spiraling, burned out. Then it walks you through that exact feeling, one step at a time, until it loosens its grip. No gurus. No ocean sounds. No homework. A real way out of the moment you're in. FOR THE MOMENTS THAT WRECK YOUR DAY • 2am and your mind won't stop → quiet it enough to sleep • Big meeting in five minutes, heart pounding → walk in steady • Reopening the same email for the sixth time → clear the fog, get back to it • Burned out but can't stop → reset without losing the day IT REACHES OUT BEFORE YOU ASK Here's what nothing else does. Connect your Apple Watch and Momo watches your nervous system in the background. The moment your stress starts climbing, before your mind even catches up, it reaches out with a reset. Every other app waits for you to feel awful and remember to open it. Momo notices first. Your body knows before your mind does. Now something finally acts on it. BUILT FOR BUSY MINDS For founders, operators, and anyone whose brain runs hot. Not a meditation app. Not therapy. A sharp, private reset for between meetings, before the moment that matters, or when you can't switch off at night. PRIVATE BY DESIGN What you tell Momo stays yours. Download free. Membership unlocks unlimited resets, chat, and calls, with a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan. Do your first reset tonight.
