Planch is a smart to-do list and reminders app for people who feel overwhelmed by endless tasks lists. Instead of showing everything at once, Planch uses a smart task queue to give you one clear thing to focus on next. Add a to-do item, choose when it becomes available, set a deadline or reminder, and let Planch bring it forward at the right time. Create a Routine for repeating work. Spend less time sorting and more time doing. Whether you need a simple to-do list, daily task manager, lightweight weekly planner, routine tracker, checklist, or task tracker, Planch keeps your next step clear. Planch is free to download. Features described below require a separate in-app purchase. Eligible users can start a 14-day free trial with the yearly subscription. WHY PLANCH ONE TASK AT A TIME Your Now screen shows one active task instead of a wall of unfinished work. When several tasks are available, you can swipe between them while keeping your attention on one clear next step. A SMARTER TASK MANAGER Planch considers availability, deadlines, contexts, schedules, and urgency when organizing your queue. Important work stays visible without constant priority reshuffling. FOUR WAYS TO HANDLE TASKS Not every task needs the same approach. Planch includes four task types: Small Task: A quick, avoided task you need to stop putting off. Routine: A recurring task that returns on the days and times you choose. Project: A larger goal broken into manageable Steps. Complete one Step at a time instead of facing the whole Project. Decision: A time-sensitive choice with a deadline and a Default Choice. Make your choice, or select Use Default when you want to apply the fallback. BUILD ROUTINES THAT STICK Schedule a Routine to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Choose specific days and an all-day, morning, evening, or custom availability window. Tap Done for Now when you finish, and the Routine gets out of the way until its next scheduled window. REMINDERS AND DEADLINES Schedule reminders for tasks, add deadlines when timing matters, and receive a daily morning summary of what needs your attention. PLAN YOUR DAY OR WEEK Use availability windows, contexts, schedules, and deadlines to decide when tasks should enter your queue. Switch the Task Queue between List and Calendar views to see what is ready now and what is ahead. BREAK PROJECTS INTO STEPS Turn large goals into Projects and add Steps that work like a focused checklist. Planch surfaces the next unfinished Step so you always know where to continue. ACT LATER, INTENTIONALLY When now is not the right moment, delay a task until a better time. Planch keeps track of it and returns it to your queue when it becomes available again. REPAIR STUCK TASKS Tasks that expire, get delayed repeatedly, or need a better plan move to the Repair Shop. Adjust the timing, change the task type, turn the task into a Project with Steps, shrink the estimate, add a missing Default Choice, or delete it. SEE YOUR TASK QUEUE Open Task Queue to see two clear sections: Available now and In queue. Switch to Calendar view to plan ahead, or view completed tasks and your full task list whenever you need the bigger picture. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Keep your next task visible with the Planch widget, so your most important next step is always close. PRIVATE AND LOCAL-FIRST Planch works without an account. Your tasks, reminders, Routines, Projects, and completed items stay stored locally on your device. WHO PLANCH IS FOR Planch is for people who feel buried by traditional to-do lists, spend too much time organizing instead of starting, or want a calmer productivity system. Use Planch as your task manager, reminder app, routine tracker, smart task tracker, to-do list, goal organizer, checklist, deadline tracker, daily planner, or weekly planner. Stop sorting. Start acting. One thing at a time. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
