Share a CSV, PDF or notebook photo to GRIPT, or paste your log as text, and AI import turns it into history. Plans become routines. Export anytime. LOG A SET IN SECONDS • A custom keyboard built for lifting — weight steppers, one-tap RPE/RIR, plates, add set, complete set • Your previous numbers next to every set — see them, beat them • Supersets, warm-up, failure, drop, and cool-down sets • Rest timer that learns your pace — live on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Set stopwatch, plate and warm-up calculators one tap away • Barbell, dumbbell, machine, bodyweight, cardio with distance, and timed sets • Works fully offline — it syncs later PERSONAL RECORDS • Every PR you've ever set, in one place — search, sort, see how much each one moved • New records light up the moment you finish: completion screen, history, share cards — with the number you beat • A set shouldn't count? Exclude it, or reset records from a date. Nothing is deleted • A history chart for every record, with PRO SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY WORKING This is where GRIPT pulls ahead — 19 charts, beautifully clear: • Estimated 1RM, max weight, volume, reps, working weight range • Weekly volume and weekly sets per muscle group — built for hypertrophy • Muscle load heatmap, muscle balance radar & muscle split — spot what you're skipping • Training load heatmap, training-day calendar, workouts per week vs. your goal KNOW WHAT TO LIFT NEXT GRIPT suggests your next weight and reps from your sets and effort, spots plateaus, recognises deloads, and shows the reasoning behind every call. First suggestions free, the rest with PRO. APPLE WATCH, IPAD, SIRI Log sets with the Digital Crown and get rest timer taps on your wrist. Split View on iPad. Start a routine, run the rest timer, or log your weight from Siri, Spotlight, and Control Center. ROUTINES, YOUR WAY Build and reorder routines, tweak them mid-workout, update them in a tap. SnapRep

SnapRep uses your iPhone camera and on-device AI to watch every rep you perform, count them automatically, and score your form in real time. No wearable required. No manual logging. Point the camera at yourself, press Start, and let SnapRep coach you through every set. #HOW IT WORKS SnapRep tracks 33 body landmarks on every frame using on-device pose detection. As you move, it analyses the angles of your joints throughout each rep. When your movement completes a full, valid repetition, SnapRep counts it instantly and records a form score based on your range of motion, body symmetry, and alignment. You hear the count and a coaching cue out loud so you never have to look away from your workout. #FORM SCORING ON EVERY REP Every rep receives four measurements the moment it is completed. An overall accuracy score from 0 to 100 reflects the quality of the full movement. A range-of-motion score shows how completely you executed the exercise. A symmetry score compares your left and right sides. An alignment score checks your body position against the correct technique. SnapRep saves the full breakdown of every rep so you can review exactly where your form held and where it needs work. #39 EXERCISES ACROSS EVERY MUSCLE GROUP #YOUR WEEKLY TRAINING PLAN Build a seven-day workout programme directly inside SnapRep. Assign exercises, sets, and reps to each day of the week. Your plan appears on the Home screen every morning showing what is scheduled and what is already done. Start any exercise from the plan with a single tap and SnapRep launches immediately with your target sets and reps pre-loaded, skipping the setup entirely. #PROGRESS ANALYTICS The Analytics tab gives you a complete view of how your training is developing. Review your daily accuracy trend over time, see your total rep volume charted day by day, check the balance of your sessions across muscle groups, and track your personal best form score for every exercise. Range of motion, symmetry, and alignment are each averaged across all sessions so you can pinpoint exactly which quality of movement is improving and which needs attention. #FULL SESSION HISTORY Every session is saved automatically with complete rep-by-rep detail. Tap any entry in your history to see the date, duration, total reps, average accuracy, and the individual score of every rep performed in that session. #PRIVACY SnapRep processes all camera and pose detection entirely on your device. No video is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Your workout data stays on your iPhone. Camera access is required to use SnapRep. Pose detection accuracy depends on lighting conditions, camera angle, and available frame rate. SnapRep is intended for general fitness use and is not a substitute for professional medical or physiotherapy advice. # GREAT FOR Home workouts with no equipment. Gym sessions where you want accurate rep counts. Athletes' tracking form improves week over week. Anyone who loses count mid-set and wants an objective record of every rep they have ever done. NOTE SnapRep is a fitness tracking tool and is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise programme Subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
