Understand your cycle with Perla, a private period and symptom tracker for iPhone. Log what you notice, explore your history, and plan around estimated dates. No account required. No ads. TRACK YOUR OWN PATTERNS Log periods, flow, symptoms, basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and test results. View cycle history, temperature charts, symptom patterns, and cycle comparisons. Reminders help you keep up with logging and birth control routines. ESTIMATES WITH CONTEXT Perla uses your recorded history to estimate upcoming periods and possible fertile windows. Estimates can change as you add records, and some situations do not support a useful forecast. Calendar estimates and temperature patterns do not confirm ovulation. PERSONAL ACCURACY TRACKING Optionally save forecasts on your device before your next period. Compare those saved forecasts with period starts you log later. See past errors and how often your logged starts fall inside the estimated ranges. These comparisons use your own reports and do not establish clinical accuracy or guarantee future results. TIPS AND ON-DEVICE INSIGHTS Read practical wellness tips with sources and context. On compatible devices with Apple Intelligence available, get on-device summaries and chart explanations. AI availability depends on your device, iOS version, language, and Apple Intelligence settings. Perla does not send health records to a cloud AI provider. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH With separate permissions, import supported cycle history, write supported new check-in observations, and view sleeping wrist-temperature trends from a compatible Apple Watch. Wrist temperature is different from basal body temperature and does not replace a BBT thermometer. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICES Records are stored on your phone. Optional Perla iCloud backup encrypts records before upload. Save your recovery key to restore on another device; Perla cannot recover a lost key. Export JSON or CSV records, or a PDF report you choose to share. Device records and Perla iCloud backups have separate deletion controls. Apple Health, Apple's device backups, and previously shared exports are managed separately. Perla does not operate a server for your health records or sell them. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information to manage paid access. PLANS Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Eligible yearly subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. The App Store shows your price and trial eligibility before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Perla supports personal tracking and education. It is not a contraceptive method, diagnostic tool, or substitute for medical advice.
