Stunden Pro vs Einsatzbuch

Stunden Pro is a simple, private work time tracker for recording working hours reliably—right on your device, with no account or ads. TRACK WORK TIME EASILY Start work with one tap, begin and end breaks, and finish your day. The live timer always shows your current working time. Add forgotten entries later or correct existing ones. Multiple work periods per day are supported. PLAN YOUR WEEK Set your regular start, end and break times for each weekday. Choose workdays and days off, then compare planned hours with the time you actually worked. SEE EVERY MONTH AT A GLANCE The monthly overview shows work times, breaks, actual and target hours, and days off in one clear view. Add personal notes to individual days and include them in your timesheet. GET HELPFUL REMINDERS Optional local notifications can remind you before work starts, before a planned break, when your break is ending, and before the end of the day. If you choose a workplace, Stunden Pro can also remind you to start tracking when you arrive. Stunden Pro does not upload your saved workplace to its own servers. EXPORT READY-TO-SHARE TIMESHEETS Create a monthly timesheet and export it as PDF or Excel. Reports can include dates and calendar weeks, work and break times, target and actual hours, name and employer, notes, optional five-minute rounding and decimal hours. Use your device's share menu to send, save or print the file. 33 LANGUAGES, INCLUDING YOUR REPORTS Use Stunden Pro in your preferred language or follow your device settings. Choose the language of PDF and Excel reports separately—useful when you and your employer use different languages. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your work times, notes and settings are stored locally on your device. There is no account, cloud sync, advertising or external analytics. Location access supports only the optional workplace reminder; Stunden Pro does not upload your saved workplace to its own servers. Track your hours, keep a clear overview and export the finished timesheet at the end of the month.

Clock in where the work happens: one tap or a QR code on site – even without signal. Job reports with photos and the customer's signature, right on the device. Shift schedule, leave requests and timesheets for the whole team – in five languages. Einsatzbuch is the time clock for companies whose people don't sit at a desk: cleaning, trades, facility services, security, care, construction and gardening. CLOCKING IN ALWAYS WORKS Every punch is saved on the device first and counts as recorded. In a dead zone, a basement or on a roof – as soon as there is signal again, everything is sent automatically. Nobody has to re-enter anything. THREE WAYS TO CLOCK IN • Button – tap once and the clock runs • QR code – scan the sticker on site; the location is set • Add later – forgot to clock in? Enter the time later, your company approves it JOB REPORTS WITH PROOF What was done, who was there, which material was used – recorded while it is still fresh. Before and after photos, the customer signs directly on the screen. SHIFTS AND ABSENCES Everyone sees their shifts and jobs in the monthly plan. Request leave in the app or report sick. Managers see open shifts at once; colleagues only see "absent", never the reason. THE MONTH AT A GLANCE Your timesheet groups hours by day, with location and breaks. Totals are calculated on the server – the number in the app is the same as in the office. Payslips and company documents open right in the app. COMPANY NOTICES What matters on site – such as a checklist before you leave – appears after you clock in or out. FOR MANAGERS Approve hours, see who is missing, manage sites, tasks and staff – right in the app, no second sign-in. BUILT FOR WORK GLOVES Large buttons, strong contrast, everything within reach of one hand. Text large enough for poor light. FIVE LANGUAGES Deutsch, English, தமிழ், فارسی and العربية – switch in the menu or at sign-in. Arabic and Persian right to left. LOCATION: OPTIONAL When you clock in, the app asks for your location once. If you decline, you keep clocking in without it – nothing is blocked. The app never requests background location. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO No ads. No analytics tools. No movement profile. Servers located in Germany. HOW TO START Your company creates an account at einsatzbuch.de and gives you a join code. Use it to set up your access and sign in. When someone leaves the company, their access is locked – recorded hours are kept.
