CONNECT YOUR HEART RATE Pair a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate strap from the Record screen. PaceGrid uses fresh strap readings during recording and makes connection problems clear. Supported smart rings add heart-rate, sleep and recovery data. Device features vary by model. SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE Explore training load, heart-rate zones, workout trends and recovery estimates. These estimates help you interpret your history; they do not diagnose conditions or guarantee injury prevention. PLAN AND SHARE Save routes, use offline maps, export GPX files and optionally sync with Strava. Apple Health integration is optional. You choose which connected services receive your data. TRY THE FULL APP Try all features for 7 days. Basic recording remains free afterwards, or unlock the full app with one purchase. No subscription.

About

BeatZone

Features

BeatZone connects to any Bluetooth heart rate monitor — including WHOOP, Polar, Garmin, and more — and gives you real-time alerts when your heart rate leaves your target zone. Set your low and high thresholds, and BeatZone does the rest. A pulsing heart animation shows your live BPM, color-coded by zone. When your heart rate drifts below or above your targets, you get an instant audio alert. If you stay out of zone, recurring alerts fire at an interval you choose so you never miss it. Key features: • Connects to any standard Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitor • Live heart rate display with animated heartbeat • Configurable low and high HR thresholds • Instant alert when HR leaves your target zone • Recurring alerts at a customizable interval while out of zone • Choose from 5 alert sounds or go silent • Optional iOS notification banners • Works in the background via BLE and local notifications and/or alert sounds • Dark UI designed for mid-workout glanceability • All data stays on your device — no account, no cloud Whether you're doing zone 2 cardio, staying in a fat-burning range, or keeping intensity below a ceiling, BeatZone keeps you honest without having to stare at your watch. Medical disclaimer: BeatZone is a fitness tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek your doctor’s or other qualified healthcare provider’s guidance before making any medical decisions about your health, heart, or exercise.
