Vimmo

People rent a flat after five photos and a 15-minute viewing. Vimmo gives you the numbers first โ the ones professionals see โ so you know what you're signing. Check an address before you say yes Type an address and see, in seconds: โข Neighbourhood score: safety & quiet, transit, student life, daily essentials, green space โ based on real data, not a gut feeling. โข Rent in context: is the price fair? Does the local rent cap apply? โข Building age, noise and surroundings: supermarkets, transit, unis and cafรฉs nearby. Scan your lease Snap a photo of the contract and get the analysis back: flagged clauses, an estimated total cost, and a clear check on whether the rent is even allowed. No law degree required. Explore neighbourhoods Not sure where to look yet? Browse a city's neighbourhoods and compare them honestly โ no agent talk, just the numbers. Built for students โข Free to start, fair pricing for full reports โ pay once or subscribe. โข Works in Germany and the Netherlands (de/en/nl). โข Fast, calm, honest. Dark Mode included. Why we built this Renters start at an information disadvantage: the landlord knows the place, you don't. Vimmo levels that โ with the same data buyers already use, free, before you sign. TweeHuizen

TweeHuizen helps separated parents arrange the care schedule together, calmly and without endless messaging back and forth. WHAT IT DOES Base schedule Set up how the weeks are divided once: week on week off, a 3-4/4-3 arrangement, or your own split. From then on both parents see exactly the same schedule. Proposals instead of arguments Want to swap a day? Make a proposal. The other parent sees what changes and approves or sends back an adjusted version. Nothing changes in the schedule without both parents agreeing. Handovers Record the time, who drops off and who picks up, and any note that matters. Both of you get a reminder, so nobody is left waiting at the wrong door. Holidays School holidays and public holidays split in one tap, or freely per day when your arrangement is more complicated. Activities Sports, parties and appointments, with what needs to come along. The parent doing the drop-off gets the list in the reminder. Care split See how the care time is actually divided over the month, the quarter or the year. Numbers instead of a feeling. FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY One subscription covers both parents. Step-parents, grandparents and carers can be invited with their own permissions: view, propose or approve. Children get their own profile, always free, and can be given their own account. PRIVACY Your family data is only visible to members of your own family. Everything is stored encrypted on secure European servers. Calendar export and backups stay on your own device. No data is shared with third parties, and there is no advertising or tracking in the app. SUBSCRIPTION TweeHuizen Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. Verdict
