Receivly is workplace chain of custody for parcels, mail, and visitors — one directory, one app for iPhone and iPad, and the same account on the web. Built for offices, universities and campuses, property managers, and hotels that need a clear record of everything that comes in. PARCELS Point the camera at a shipping label. AI Smart Scan reads the carrier, tracking number, and recipient so staff can receive in seconds — including in dim mailrooms. Recipients get email (and text on eligible plans). Hand over with a signature, a photo, and the time. Works offline and syncs when you are back online. DIGITAL MAILROOM Log letters with an envelope photo, notify recipients, and track scan, forward, pickup, or shred requests through to done. Sold on its own or as an add-on to any Parcels plan; included in Enterprise. VISITOR MANAGEMENT Run an iPad lobby kiosk: guest types, agreements, host alerts, badges, and a live visitor log. Essentials and Pro tiers, sold on their own or with any Parcels plan. Visitors Pro is included in Enterprise. Visitor management runs on iPad (iOS), not Android. ONE FRONT DESK Switch between parcels, mail, and visitors in one home. Ask Reva in plain words. Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. English and Spanish. HOW TO START Plans from Lite (150 parcels a month) to Enterprise (unlimited). Get started at receivly.io: book a demo, then qualified teams get a private 30-day trial. About

PallasMark

Features

PallasMark is the companion app for teams creating and reviewing order and warehouse evidence. Record a short video or photo for an order or warehouse unit. If a customer later raises an objection about missing, damaged, or incorrect items, the sealed recording gives your team a reliable evidence history. How it works: 1. Scan the order's barcode or find it in your task list 2. Record a video or photo of the package 3. Seal the evidence revision and share it with the customer when your policy allows 4. If a customer objects, review the history, add new evidence, or close the evidence review Built for the warehouse floor: - Works without a signed-in browser tab — scan, record, done - Recordings upload in the background, even if you switch apps or lose signal — they queue and retry automatically - See what still needs a recording at a glance, with counts and filters - Available in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese You'll need an existing PallasMark account to sign in. New accounts are created on pallasmark.com — this app doesn't create one for you.
