CodaScan

Your team takes the photos. CodaScan makes them easy to find when someone needs answers. Document packed orders, damaged deliveries, returns, and quality checks on your phone—without a separate job of copying, renaming, and filing every image. LESS PHOTO ADMIN, MORE TIME FOR THE JOB Scan a barcode or QR code, or enter an order, product, or batch number. Take the photos and add the details your colleagues need. CodaScan keeps them together under that reference and uploads them to the destination you choose. KEEP WORKING WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS Take photos in loading bays, warehouses, cellars, and other places with unreliable coverage. After initial setup, capture works offline. Uploads resume automatically when the phone reconnects. KEEP THE TOOLS YOUR TEAM ALREADY USES • Shopify and WooCommerce: find packing and returns photos with the matching order, so support can investigate without chasing the warehouse. • SharePoint: file photos in an organized library or attach them to an existing record. • Dropbox and Google Drive: send organized photos to the folders your team already uses. MOVE BETWEEN JOBS ON THE SAME PHONE Switch saved configurations for different tasks, sites, or destinations without setting everything up again. Use one workflow for a quality check and another for dispatch, or keep different customer jobs separate. Available configurations depend on your license; Shopify-issued licenses are limited to the linked store. MAKE CHECKS EASIER TO FOLLOW Use optional Shopify and WooCommerce item checks to guide scanning and photo capture. Keep a record of package contents, condition, labels, seals, or inspection results so colleagues have something concrete to review later. CodaScan adds photo documentation to your existing process. You do not need to replace your warehouse software or move your photos into a new CodaScan storage portal. Need another connector or a feature useful to other teams too? Tell us about it. General-use developments are welcome and can be included at no extra development charge after we agree the scope. Download CodaScan and try it on a real job: take the photos, then ask a colleague to find them. An active license or trial and destination setup are required. Shopify subscribers activate through store pairing; other workflows use a CodaScan account. Setup and uploads need internet access. Photos support investigations; they do not guarantee dispute outcomes.

Receivly is workplace chain of custody for parcels, mail, and visitors — one directory, one app for iPhone and iPad, and the same account on the web. Built for offices, universities and campuses, property managers, and hotels that need a clear record of everything that comes in. PARCELS Point the camera at a shipping label. AI Smart Scan reads the carrier, tracking number, and recipient so staff can receive in seconds — including in dim mailrooms. Recipients get email (and text on eligible plans). Hand over with a signature, a photo, and the time. Works offline and syncs when you are back online. DIGITAL MAILROOM Log letters with an envelope photo, notify recipients, and track scan, forward, pickup, or shred requests through to done. Sold on its own or as an add-on to any Parcels plan; included in Enterprise. VISITOR MANAGEMENT Run an iPad lobby kiosk: guest types, agreements, host alerts, badges, and a live visitor log. Essentials and Pro tiers, sold on their own or with any Parcels plan. Visitors Pro is included in Enterprise. Visitor management runs on iPad (iOS), not Android. ONE FRONT DESK Switch between parcels, mail, and visitors in one home. Ask Reva in plain words. Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. English and Spanish. HOW TO START Plans from Lite (150 parcels a month) to Enterprise (unlimited). Get started at receivly.io: book a demo, then qualified teams get a private 30-day trial.
