About

Check79

Check79 is a private, local-first mental-health tracking app built around daily yes/no logging for the PHQ-9 and GAD-7. Instead of relying on memory to answer “over the last two weeks,” Check79 helps you log symptoms one day at a time and then rebuilds rolling 14-day scores and trends automatically. Use Check79 to: - Complete a quick daily check-in - Backfill past days from the calendar - Review a timeline of saved entries - See rolling PHQ-9 and GAD-7 reports - Inspect how each questionnaire item maps into the 14-day score - Add notes and support resources - Import and export your data in JSON or CSV - Check79 is designed for personal tracking, reflection, and preparing for conversations with a clinician. Your data stays on your device by default, with no account required. Check79 is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice, treatment, or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

This app allows users to make reservations for in-person fitness classes at brick-and-mortar studio locations. Once users have a reservation, they arrive at the fitness studio at the class time and take the class. In order to make a class reservation, a user must purchase or be given one or more Credits. Users can purchase one Credit, multiple Credits or unlimited Credits. If a customer wants to purchase unlimited Credits, the app calls the option a “Membership”. Credits are used exclusively to book reservations at the fitness studio. In the app, users can view the studio class schedule. They can also view Credit Packages and Memberships that are available for purchase. From time to time, Gift Cards are sold through the app. Users can purchase Gift Cards that contain Credits and gift them to other users. Users can also view their past class reservations and view and manage their upcoming class reservations. Customers are only required to log in or create an account in order to complete a purchase, make a reservation or access account details. *How users interact with this app:* - Users can skip logging in and view the schedule or buy pages, but must log in to book or buy - It is free to create an account and use the app (no fees). - Apple Pay can be used on items that do not automatically renew.
