A round timer in your country’s colors. Pick a sport, choose a timer and start training. UFT is a free timer for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, judo, taekwondo, karate, bare knuckle, sanda and conditioning. No ads, subscriptions or account required. YOUR COUNTRY, YOUR TIMER Choose from 68 country and regional themes, plus Classic. Your flag fills the timer’s numerals, colors the running session and gives the app its own matching icon. Switch between light and dark appearances. READY FOR YOUR SPORT Start with 59 built-in rules and training presets. Use boxing rounds, MMA sessions, BJJ match lengths and more, or save your own timers with round length, rest, preparation time and warnings. Build class plans with warm-up, work, rest and cool-down blocks. READ IT ACROSS THE GYM Large digits, a prominent round counter and clear progress markers keep the session easy to follow. Rotate into landscape for a wide timer. The country flag rises during work; rest has its own clear visual cue. HEAR EVERY ROUND Choose bell sounds, voice announcements, haptics and warning cues. Keep your music playing with optional audio ducking. Add interval beeps or random reaction cues to your drills, or record your own sounds. GLOVE-FRIENDLY CONTROLS Tap the screen to pause or resume. Enable shake, proximity or volume-button controls, and lock the screen to prevent accidental taps. FOR SOLO TRAINING AND THE WHOLE GYM Use sport scoreboards, show the timer on a bigger screen with AirPlay, and follow sessions with Live Activity, widgets and Apple Watch. Review your session history and optionally save workouts to Apple Health. The timer works offline. Your custom timers and training history stay on your device. Set your rounds and get to work.

About

Boxing Timer

Features

Boxing Timer is the round timer fighters actually use. Built for boxing, MMA, kickboxing, and HIIT β€” with the real bell, the wooden clapper warning, and a coach calling combos. What makes it different Real boxing protocol. The brass bell rings at round start and end. The 10-second warning is the wooden clapper you hear ringside, not a beep. A four-bell finale closes a session. Voice coach with combos. A male English voice calls combos during rounds β€” "one, two, three", "slip, two", "head, body, head". Cadence is yours: light, standard, heavy, or off. Pick any voice installed on your device. Built-in presets and a custom editor. Boxing 3Γ—3, Kickboxing 5Γ—2, MMA 5Γ—5, HIIT 10Γ—30 β€” plus a custom preset editor for any rounds, durations, and warning windows. Phase-aware visuals. Champion red during work, recovery blue during rest, gold pulse for the warning, gold celebration on completion. The whole screen tells you where you are without reading a number. Bluetooth heart-rate straps. Pair a Polar H10, Wahoo TICKR, Garmin HRM-Pro, or any chest strap implementing the standard heart-rate service. Falls back to Apple Watch via HealthKit when no strap is connected. Tap to pause, swipe to skip rest. The ring is a big tap target. The bell stays on time even when the screen is locked. Built for serious training Live heart rate, on-screen, big enough to read between exchanges. Workouts saved automatically as boxing sessions in the Apple Health and Fitness apps. Weekly stats with rounds, active minutes, and a daily training streak. Recent sessions list with average heart rate per workout. Three-two-one digits at the end of every round so you finish strong. Workout completion celebration: trophy, metrics, streak update. Designed for iOS Tab-bar navigation. Glass material pills. SF Pro Rounded for the timer digits. Honors Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, Increase Contrast, Dynamic Type, and VoiceOver. Background-audio mode keeps the bell ringing accurately when the screen is locked. Built for iOS 17 and later. Privacy No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your workouts stay on your devices. Train.
