FieldReport is the on-site inspection report builder for home inspectors who refuse to pay a monthly subscription. Build a polished, client-ready report at the property — tag findings, insert from your comment library, snap and annotate photos — and export a branded PDF before you leave the driveway. One payment. No subscription. No per-report fees. WHY FIELDREPORT • Pay once, own it forever — no subscription, no per-report fees • Works 100% offline — basements, attics, rural homes, no signal needed • Private iCloud sync — your reports, library and templates on your iPhone & iPad • Built for iPad on-site, great on iPhone too THE REPORT ENGINE • Editable Full Home template organized after standard SOP structure (11 sections, 65 items) • A reusable comment library — insert a canned finding, tweak it, done. Never type the same comment twice. • Severity tagging: Safety, Repair, Monitor, Maintenance, Info — with a summary-of-findings page clients actually read • Fast photo capture with on-photo markup (circle the defect, draw an arrow) • A branded, print-grade PDF: your logo, colors, license and contact on every report HONEST BY DESIGN FieldReport is a report tool, not a platform. We don't host reports, schedule jobs, or take payments — those are the recurring-cost features that justify a subscription, and skipping them is exactly what lets us charge once. Your templates and comment library are YOUR IP — editable and exportable any time. FREE TO TRY Build and deliver your first 3 reports free — full PDF export included. Unlock unlimited reports with a single one-time purchase. FieldReport provides report structure and example comment text as a starting point. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and SOP/jurisdiction compliance of every report you produce.
