Scan it. Sort it. Never lose track of your stash. KitSort is the catalog app for scale model, diecast, and kit collectors. Point your camera at a box, confirm the details, and it's organized — by collection, location, or build status. SCAN & ADD IN SECONDS Point your camera at any kit box or label. Smart recognition catches the kit number, manufacturer and scale — you just confirm. Prefer to type it in yourself? That works too. ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Sort by collection, storage location, or build status. Know what's on the shelf, what's still sealed in the box and what's mid-build on the desk — at a glance. SMART SEARCH & FILTERS Filter by category, brand, status or location. Twenty kits or two hundred, everything's two taps away. INSTANT DUPLICATE CHECK That kit looks familiar? Check your collection in two taps before you buy — no more finding out later you already have it. WORKS OFFLINE — ALWAYS Your catalog lives on your device. Search, add, and check for duplicates with zero signal — hobby shops, swap meets, convention floors, wherever the Wi-Fi doesn't reach. CLOUD SYNC & BACKUP Sign in to sync across devices and back everything up. Lose your phone, not your collection. SHOW OFF YOUR STASH Generate a shareable link for your whole collection — show fellow collectors, your feed or anyone who's curious how many kits you actually own. PLANS Annual and Weekly plans. Annual starting with a free trial. Cancel anytime. Made by collectors, for collectors — built to help you enjoy the hobby, not manage a database. If it feels like work, we failed. Questions? Vitrio
Read full descriptionHide full description
Vitrio is a catalog for the things you collect — records, LEGO sets, whisky, retro games, board games, and anything else you decide to add. Scan a record or a bottle and Vitrio fills in the title, artist, year and cover art. Everything else you add by name — once, and never again. WHAT IT DOES • Scan barcodes — records and bottles fill themselves in from free, open catalogs • Search by name when a barcode is missing, worn, or simply not indexed • "You already have this" — a duplicate warning before you buy a second copy • Wishlist for the pieces you want but don't own yet • Track what each piece is worth and watch the total move over time • Insurance-ready PDF report with photos, purchase details and serial numbers • CSV export of every field — free forever, no lock-in MAKE IT YOURS Five catalogs are built in. If you collect coins, stamps, watches or comics, add your own category with its own name and icon — it behaves exactly like the built-in ones. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up. Your collection lives in your own private iCloud and syncs between your devices — nowhere else. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. And if you ever want to leave, the CSV export is complete and free. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Scan in a basement record shop with no bars. Vitrio saves what it has and finishes the lookup by itself once you are back online. HONEST ABOUT VALUE Values are estimates you record and adjust yourself — useful for insurance and for seeing how a collection moves. They are not a professional appraisal, and Vitrio never pretends otherwise. FREE AND PRO Free: up to 100 items, every feature above, CSV export included. Vitrio Pro: unlimited items and the insurance PDF report. Note: LEGO set lookup uses Rebrickable and needs a free key you create yourself. It takes a minute, and Vitrio shows you where.
