About

Quick! Reaction Speed Test

Features

Quick! measures your reaction time down to the millisecond. Wait on the ready screen — the cue appears at a random moment, and you react as fast as you can. Six modes combine three senses with two actions: • Visual: the instant the screen changes colour • Audio: the instant the tone sounds • Haptic: the instant the phone vibrates Ɨ Tap the screen, or flick the phone (quick-draw style) Five trials per round give you your average, best and worst, plus a performance grade. Jumping the gun — reacting before the cue — doesn't count and re-runs, so every number is real. Why trust the numbers? Quick! times everything on the system's high-precision monotonic clock, subtracting the stimulus's true onset from your response's hardware timestamp — eliminating the tens of milliseconds of lag most apps carry. You can even measure real effects like "audio is faster than visual." ā–  Six modes: visual / audio / haptic Ɨ tap / shake ā–  Millisecond-precise timing ā–  Full history with trend charts to track your progress ā–  Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese ā–  Sleek dark, e-sports-style interface Push your limits and see how fast you really are.
