WattMate vs Sentry

Turn photos into a complete EV charging session. WattMate's Fill from Photos analyzes selected dashboard and charger images and adds matching details directly to your EV charging log. Review and edit every extracted value before saving. FILL FROM PHOTOS - Select up to four dashboard or charger photos from your camera or gallery. - Extract supported details such as odometer, battery levels, energy, duration, charging speed, cost, and trip consumption when visible. - Review, correct, or remove extracted values before saving. - Start a session now and complete the remaining details later. TRACK EVERY CHARGE - Record odometer, start and end battery level, energy added, duration, charging speed, AC/DC type, cost, and notes. - Keep separate charging histories for multiple electric vehicles. - Flag missed sessions so estimates remain understandable. UNDERSTAND EV CHARGING COSTS - See session cost, cost per kWh, average charging price, and total spent. - Convert foreign charging costs with live or manual exchange rates across 22 currencies. - Review total energy and the AC/DC charging split. MEASURE REAL-WORLD EV EFFICIENCY - Compare trip-computer consumption with calculated real-world consumption. - Follow distance, odometer, charging time, and charging speed. - Review battery health estimates including usable capacity, degradation, charging loss, and driving range. KEEP YOUR DATA USEFUL - Import and export charging history as CSV. - Choose kilometers or miles and your preferred consumption format. - Add notes to individual charging sessions. - Use WattMate in English, German, French, Dutch, Norwegian, Spanish, or Portuguese. WattMate uses your recorded charging-session data for tracking and analysis. Battery capacity, degradation, and range values are estimates - not vehicle diagnostic measurements.
