Have you always thought while reading the news: "How hard can governing actually be?" WELCOME TO DEMAGOGUE The satirical political simulator and roguelike strategy game. From a political nobody to the german Chancellor's office: start your own party, forge fragile coalitions, negotiate ministries, and pass laws. Whether you govern idealistically, pragmatically, populistically, or completely immune to advice is up to you. YOUR TASKS: • Build a party: Choose a name and color, and fight your way through elections. • Negotiate coalitions: Secure majorities, even when it hurts. • Pass laws: From a "butter knife ban" to tax reform. You dictate policy. • Manage crises: React to absurd events (what to do with a stranded whale?) and keep an eye on the Kebab Price Index. • Cut deals: Navigate between lobbying, corruption, and state finances. • Juggle your private life: Answer chat messages. Negotiate the particular political interests of your family and best friend, which directly influence your decisions. FOUR GAME MODES: • Campaign: The guided intro with a story. (Free to play) • Free Play: Govern for as long as possible and test how stable your political era really is. • Sandbox: Freely customize starting conditions, parties, and rules to simulate custom scenarios. • Duel: Challenge your friends. Everyone creates their own party, and whoever stays in power longer wins. Politics is rarely rosy. Most of the time, it's frustrating, messy, and full of compromises. Experience the dirty reality of holding power firsthand. How long will you stay in power? Will you hold on to your values - or will you use the tempting tools of populism? Download Demagogue now and find out!

About

Conclave

Take the throne and begin your pontificate in Conclave, a fictional swipe-based strategy game where every decision can change the course of your reign. Each card presents a dilemma. Swipe left or right to choose your response, then live with the consequences. Keep four forces in balance — the Faithful, the Curia, the Treasury and Tradition. Let any one of them fall too low or rise too high, and your reign may come to an abrupt end. But not every consequence arrives immediately. Decisions can unlock story chains that return years later, forcing you to face the results of choices you thought were long behind you. FEATURES • Simple swipe decisions with strategic consequences • Four competing meters to balance • Hidden effects that keep every choice uncertain • Story chains shaped by earlier decisions • Multiple endings, including legacy endings for long reigns • Codex with discovered endings, lifetime statistics and unlockable characters • Daily Conclave: a shared seeded challenge with the same setup for everyone that day • Counsel to reveal a card’s exact effects • One second chance per regular reign • Share your final reign and challenge others • Sound, haptics and atmospheric presentation • English interface options How will history remember your pontificate — as a reformer, a traditionalist, a survivor, or something else entirely? Your reign begins with a single swipe.
