Close The Loop β€” Task Circles That Actually Close Most task apps give you a list. Close The Loop gives you a picture. Every goal becomes an animated circle that fills in as you complete the steps inside it β€” and snaps shut the moment you're done. See your momentum, not just your backlog. Each loop shows exactly how much is left. Subtasks animate into place as you check them off, giving you the satisfying visual proof that you're making real progress β€” not just moving items around. Know your capacity before you overcommit. Set your weekly hour budget, then watch Close The Loop flag you when your open loops are pushing past it. Every subtask carries a time estimate, and the app totals it up so you can plan honestly instead of optimistically. One place for now, next, and someday. Active loops live on your home screen. Loops you're not ready for yet go to the Backlog β€” out of the way, but never forgotten. When the time is right, move them to open with a tap. Built for how you actually work. Animated loop rings that fill as subtasks complete Per-subtask time estimates with a live capacity bar Backlog stage to park work without losing it Daily push notification reminders at the hour you choose Full dark and light mode, switching automatically with your system Avatar and profile personalization Analytics dashboard showing completion streaks and trends Multi-device sync β€” start on one phone, pick up on another Free for 30 days. Then just $1.99/month. Everything is included in the trial β€” no feature gates, no artificial limits. After 30 days, keep full access for less than a coffee a month. About

Chronos

Features

Chronos organizes your work by process, not by loose lists. A process is the series of stages your tasks move through: Contact, Proposal, Close. You define it once and reuse it across every task you want. Each task knows which stage it's in and how long it's been there. WHAT YOU CAN DO Create processes with as many stages as you need, in any order. Add substeps inside each stage for finer detail. Mark stages and substeps as parallel or sequential. You can mix both in the same process. Move a task forward step by step: each tap completes what's next and jumps blocks when the stage is done. Track which days you worked on each task. Add dated comments as you go. See how long each stage and substep took. SORTING Sort your list by age, by process and stage, or by process, stage and age. Tasks group under their process when you need it, and you can tag them to separate by client, urgency or team. COMPLETED TASKS When you close a task it leaves the list and gets archived with its full history: when it was created, when it closed, how long it stayed open, the days you worked on it, the time per stage and every comment. WIDGETS Four home screen widgets: worked today, worked today by process, all pending tasks, and each process with its open tasks. APPEARANCE Four themes: two light ones on a cream base and two dark. They apply to the widgets too. SYNC Your processes and tasks sync between iPhone and iPad with iCloud. Everything works offline and catches up when you're back. NOTIFICATIONS Pick the weekdays and time you want to be reminded, per task. FREE AND PRO Free: up to 4 tasks and 3 processes, with every feature available. Pro: unlimited tasks and processes. Monthly or yearly subscription. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
