Follow through on your habits with a friend who keeps you accountable. SendProof combines habit tracking with photo proof: you do the work, send a photo, and your accountability partner reviews it. Whether you're getting to the gym, studying consistently, or making time to read, give your goal a deadline and someone to show up for. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a habit and set a deadline. 2. Invite a friend to be your accountability partner. 3. Complete your habit and send photo proof. 4. Your friend reviews and approves or rejects your check-in. 5. Keep showing up and build your streak. A FRIEND IN YOUR CORNER Your accountability partner can be someone you already know. In SendProof, they're your coach: the person who reviews your proof and helps you stay on track. You can coach them, too. MAKE PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE • Photo check-ins that show the work you've done • Deadlines and reminders for your habits • Streaks to track your consistency • Accountability that goes both ways FOR THE GOALS YOU KEEP PUTTING OFF Workouts. Study sessions. Reading. Meal prep. Creative practice. Pick something that matters to you and start showing up for it. Pick one habit. Invite a friend. Send your first proof. ProveIt
Read full descriptionHide full description
You can't check it off. You have to prove it. Most habit apps let you lie. Tap a box, keep the streak, change nothing. ProveIt removes the box. Every task you commit to has to be proven — and if you don't prove it, the app escalates against you. THREE WAYS TO PROVE IT Photo — snap the evidence and an AI judge decides whether it actually shows what you claimed. Location — the app confirms you were physically at the gym, the office, wherever you said you'd be. Peer — a teammate reviews your proof and approves or rejects it. Every task you create has to use at least one of them. There is no self-attest option. RHYTHM-AWARE SCHEDULING The app learns when you sleep, work, and are actually home, so it only holds you to a task when you're genuinely free to do it. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T Miss a task and nothing quietly forgives you — and it's the clock that punishes you, not a tally of misses. The moment a task is past due, reminders start arriving every hour. Twenty-four hours late, real iOS Screen Time blocking locks the apps you care about until you follow through. Forty-eight hours late, the reminders come every thirty minutes and your crew gets told. Mark a task urgent and it hits that top rung the moment it’s late. CREWS Add the people who will actually call you out. Share tasks, review each other's proof, and watch a live feed of what everyone is getting done — or get matched with someone chasing the same goal. COMMITMENT MEANS COMMITMENT There is no free delete. A task leaves your list when you prove it, or when you spend an "I'm Lazy" token to remove it — which tells your crew you did. You can appeal a rejected proof, but you can't quietly make a commitment disappear. PROVEIT PRO A subscription unlocks the full experience, with a 1-week free trial on both plans. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: ProveIt at none against SendProof's shown. On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
