Antheartide — Personal Heart-Rate Companion Antheartide is a wellness app that helps you keep a personal log of your heart-rate sessions. WHAT IT DOES • Live heart-rate monitoring during a session, using your Apple Watch (via HealthKit) or any compatible Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart-rate chest strap. • Session history with date, duration, average heart rate, and personal notes. • Export your sessions as files for personal reference. • HealthKit integration: heart-rate data flows in from Apple Watch and other supported sources. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Antheartide is a personal wellness and journaling tool. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, screening, treatment recommendations, or detection of any specific condition (including arrhythmias, valve disease, or vascular conditions). For any concern about your heart health, consult a qualified healthcare professional. PRIVACY All your sessions are stored locally on your device. Data leaves your device only when you explicitly export or share it. LANGUAGES English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Simplified Chinese. ABOUT EXTERNAL HARDWARE A BLE heart-rate chest strap is a sport-grade Bluetooth accessory (CE-marked as a consumer electronics product by its manufacturer, not as a medical device). When you choose to use Apple Watch ECG, that feature is provided directly by Apple. Antheartide reads heart-rate values via standard interfaces and shows them to you for personal use. Your data should be yours. The runs, rides, and swims you've logged over the years belong to you, not to whichever platform holds them. FitFerry moves them into Apple Health and back out again, whenever you like. Import GPX, TCX, and FIT files — one at a time or a whole export zip from other platforms, like Strava or Garmin — into Apple Health as genuine historical workouts: original dates, GPS routes, heart rate, and distance. Every file is previewed first and logged after. Workouts already imported are skipped and likely duplicates are flagged, so importing the same export twice is safe. IMPORT ▸ Bring GPX, TCX, and FIT files into Apple Health as genuine historical workouts with real past dates, GPS routes, and heart rate ▸ Drop in a whole platform export zip and bring your entire history over in one pass ▸ The File Inspector shows exactly what each file carries before anything is written ▸ Delete anything FitFerry imported — one workout, one batch, or everything EXPORT ▸ Take workouts out of Apple Health as GPX or TCX files ▸ Filter, multi-select, and export as many as you like ▸ Export is always free and unlimited No accounts. No analytics. No data on servers. No third-party access. Your files and health data are processed on your iPhone or iPad. FitFerry is not affiliated with Apple, Strava, or Garmin.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: FitFerry at every 3 weeks against Antheartide's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
