Find what's actually driving your attacks — and get the data to prove it. Attacks blur together. There's no clean baseline to compare against, no obvious culprit, and no way to tell whether the wine, the weather, or the bad night of sleep was the one that did it. Most migraine apps are glorified diaries — you log the attack and the data goes nowhere. Migraine Help is a trigger-finding app first. TRIGGERS DON'T HIT ALONE — THEY STACK Rarely is it one thing. It's a pressure drop on top of short sleep on top of a cycle day. Migraine Help tracks how those loads pile up over time and shows which combinations precede your attacks — with honest confidence levels, so you know what's real and what's still a maybe. THE LIST GETS SHORTER, NOT LONGER Every attack is compared against your own non-attack days. That means suspects get cleared, not just added. Test one variable at a time and let the data confirm or rule it out, instead of cutting things out forever on a hunch. BAROMETRIC PRESSURE THAT ACTUALLY HELPS Pressure is the biggest driver for a lot of people. Migraine Help tracks it hour by hour and flags incoming shifts days ahead — proof your body isn't reacting for no reason. DOCTOR-READY REPORTS IN ONE TAP Headache days, identified triggers with confidence levels, hormonal patterns, medication effectiveness — a clean PDF your neurologist can read in 30 seconds. Useful for appointments, and for the documentation preventive treatments require. BUILT FOR THE MIDDLE OF A MIGRAINE One tap from the lock screen opens straight to a pain slider. Log a checkpoint, mark whether meds helped, done. WORKS WITHOUT A CYCLE Menopause, hysterectomy, pregnancy, postpartum, birth control — when cycle data isn't there, the engine leans harder on sleep, heart rate, and pressure. WHAT MIGRAINE HELP TRACKS Trigger correlation with honest confidence levels Trigger stacking and daily load Barometric pressure forecasts — incoming shifts, not just current readings Cycle phase and hormonal patterns Sleep, heart rate, HRV, and wrist temperature via Apple Health Medication effectiveness over time Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. IMPORTANT Migraine Help is for informational use only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor for migraine management. Migraine often sends signals. Prevena helps you see them. Log an attack the moment it starts, even from your Apple Watch. Prevena keeps your attacks, sleep, steps, cycle and the weather in one place, so patterns are easier to spot and you walk into your next appointment with real numbers. DURING AN ATTACK • Log it in a few taps: where it hurts on the head map, how strong it is, symptoms, possible triggers and what you took. Fill in the rest later. • On Apple Watch: start with one tap, set the pain level with the Digital Crown, mark the side, and end it when it's over. No connection? It's saved on your watch and syncs later. • Breathe for one minute, guided by gentle taps on your wrist. • 11 short relief routines, chosen by where it hurts: temples, forehead, eyes, neck, jaw and more. They work without internet, and attack mode keeps the screen dark and quiet. EVERY DAY • Today's outlook in one word: Low, Medium or High, plus the next two days. It comes from your own logs and today's conditions. No percentages and no promises: a Low outlook doesn't mean you won't have an attack. • A quick daily check-in for mood, sleep, water, food, symptoms and yesterday's screen time. • Sleep: log when you went to bed and woke up, or let Apple Health fill it in. After 14 nights you see how regular your sleep really is. • Reminders you choose: a daily check-in, screen breaks every 45, 60 or 90 minutes, and a digital sunset before bed. All off until you turn them on, and all quiet during an attack. WITH YOUR DOCTOR • A clear PDF report for the last 30, 90 or 180 days: headache days, acute medication days by type, each attack with its severity, duration and symptoms, plus sleep, steps and the routines you tried. In English, Turkish or Spanish. • Medication days: Prevena counts the days you took a pain reliever or a triptan in the last 30 days. When the count gets close to the levels doctors watch for, it suggests talking it over with your doctor. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Prevena reads sleep, steps and menstrual flow from Apple Health, and only the types you allow. It never writes anything to Apple Health. Your iPhone works out one summary per day and sends only that summary to our server over an encrypted connection. Health data is never sold or used for ads. Disconnect and delete it any time in Profile > Apple Health. AI ONLY IF YOU SAY YES The daily outlook and the chat assistant use an AI model, and the chat is labelled as AI. Prevena asks once before anything is sent. If you say no, logging, sleep, relief routines and the doctor report keep working; only the outlook and chat stay off. Change your mind any time in Profile > AI features. GOOD TO KNOW • Prevena is free to download, and using it requires a subscription. You see the price before you pay and can cancel any time in your App Store account settings. • In English, Turkish and Spanish. The Apple Watch app needs Prevena on your iPhone. Prevena is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always talk to your doctor about your health. If a headache comes on suddenly and is the worst of your life, or comes with weakness in your face, arm or leg, or with a fever together with a stiff neck, get emergency help right away. Do the same for numbness, trouble speaking or vision loss that is new to you, lasts longer than an hour or is different from your usual aura.
