Find what's actually driving your attacks — and get the data to prove it. Attacks blur together. There's no clean baseline to compare against, no obvious culprit, and no way to tell whether the wine, the weather, or the bad night of sleep was the one that did it. Most migraine apps are glorified diaries — you log the attack and the data goes nowhere. Migraine Help is a trigger-finding app first. TRIGGERS DON'T HIT ALONE — THEY STACK Rarely is it one thing. It's a pressure drop on top of short sleep on top of a cycle day. Migraine Help tracks how those loads pile up over time and shows which combinations precede your attacks — with honest confidence levels, so you know what's real and what's still a maybe. THE LIST GETS SHORTER, NOT LONGER Every attack is compared against your own non-attack days. That means suspects get cleared, not just added. Test one variable at a time and let the data confirm or rule it out, instead of cutting things out forever on a hunch. BAROMETRIC PRESSURE THAT ACTUALLY HELPS Pressure is the biggest driver for a lot of people. Migraine Help tracks it hour by hour and flags incoming shifts days ahead — proof your body isn't reacting for no reason. DOCTOR-READY REPORTS IN ONE TAP Headache days, identified triggers with confidence levels, hormonal patterns, medication effectiveness — a clean PDF your neurologist can read in 30 seconds. Useful for appointments, and for the documentation preventive treatments require. BUILT FOR THE MIDDLE OF A MIGRAINE One tap from the lock screen opens straight to a pain slider. Log a checkpoint, mark whether meds helped, done. WORKS WITHOUT A CYCLE Menopause, hysterectomy, pregnancy, postpartum, birth control — when cycle data isn't there, the engine leans harder on sleep, heart rate, and pressure. WHAT MIGRAINE HELP TRACKS Trigger correlation with honest confidence levels Trigger stacking and daily load Barometric pressure forecasts — incoming shifts, not just current readings Cycle phase and hormonal patterns Sleep, heart rate, HRV, and wrist temperature via Apple Health Medication effectiveness over time Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. IMPORTANT Migraine Help is for informational use only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor for migraine management. Hibernot

Wake up against all odds, smooth out your sleep schedule, and get those daily tasks sorted. Hibernot is a wily alarm puzzle box, sleep tracker, daily nudge imp, and more, guided along by a bear named Nacho. Your typical morning alarms don't cut it, and you've tried those alarm apps. Some might even work… at first, before you can outsmart them in your sleep, or thumb past a banner ad for the umpteenth time. Hibernot is built different. Here's how it works: -Alarm Zone: Pick a time window and ping count to fine-tune that snooze curve. Sleep past the Zone and the alarm never ends — you'll have to play games while barely conscious to make it stop. -Game Plan: Stack up to 12 different Bear Games, shuffled or sequenced over 3 levels of difficulty. Try out Gauntlet for a fast-paced grab-bag, or let Nacho pick for you. -Extras: Add a Heads-Up for those rare days you beat the bear to the bell, while Wake Checks confirm you didn't crawl back into bed. Optional Nag Mode bumps up the checks. -Keep Track: Clean mornings build up your streak. Monitor sleep stats, see what games trip you up the most, and get organized. Alarms are our bread and butter, but there's more to Hibernot: -Reminders: Add one-off pokes or ongoing alerts at three intensity levels. Less extreme than our Alarms, Reminders are for when you're awake but have things to do, each solvable by typing in the title. A perfect way to verify daily tasks, with optional Heads-Up and Check-In triggers. Built with ADHD brains in mind. -Calendar Sync: Import a calendar and filter your schedule through Hibernot, selecting which entries to convert into Reminders. -Upcoming Feed: Tap Upcoming to unspool your calendar, Reminders, and Alarms, all in one scroll. A handy readable checklist that keeps your eye on the ball. -Power Nap: Single-use no-snooze alarm for when you need to briefly conk out and don't want to fuss with settings. -Sleep Tracking: Sync your wearable for basic sleep stats and mark your bedtime with a gentle nightly notification. Keep tabs on your sleep trends, streaks, and minigame metrics. -Honey Jars: Need to silence an alarm, no questions asked? Hand Nacho a Honey Jar and he'll quiet down. Helpful if you forgot about the alarm going off in your pocket during a job interview or a wedding. An optional IAP, Premium users collect 3 Honey Jars per month as a courtesy. Think of them like mulligans, only use them if you must. What Hibernot DOESN'T have: No Data-Harvesting: No snore-record, no sneaky microphone or location permissions. Your Hibernot data NEVER leaves your phone. We don't gather your info and sell it to marketers or algorithmically plot when to send you a bagel coupon. You are NOT the product. No Logins: No accounts to manage, no passwords to lose, none of that junk. No Ads: No banner ads, no guilt-inducing pop-ups. We're standing on business: Hibernot contains NO ADS and NEVER will. Even the Free version. Hibernot Free: 1 Alarm 1 Reminder 10 Alarm sounds 12 Bear Games Game Plans: Order and Random Optional calendar/wearable sync Honey Jars IAP: 3 for 99¢ Hibernot Premium: Unlimited Alarms Unlimited Reminders 10 Alarm sounds, or use your own downloaded audio All Bear Games: 13 at launch, more as they ship Game Plans: Order, Random, Gauntlet, and Nacho's Pick Optional calendar/wearable sync 3 Honey Jars per month (refills every month, but does not stack) We made Hibernot because other alarm apps are lacking. My ADHD needs alarms to be aggressive, tricky, and unpredictable, and my daily tasks sorted, readable, and gently nagging me. If that sounds like you, or your current alarm isn't up to snuff, try Hibernot for free. No commitment, no weirdness, no bait and switch. And we're not done! Development continues onward with new games, skins, sounds, and features. We'd love to hear your feedback.
