Find what's actually driving your attacks — and get the data to prove it. Attacks blur together. There's no clean baseline to compare against, no obvious culprit, and no way to tell whether the wine, the weather, or the bad night of sleep was the one that did it. Most migraine apps are glorified diaries — you log the attack and the data goes nowhere. Migraine Help is a trigger-finding app first. TRIGGERS DON'T HIT ALONE — THEY STACK Rarely is it one thing. It's a pressure drop on top of short sleep on top of a cycle day. Migraine Help tracks how those loads pile up over time and shows which combinations precede your attacks — with honest confidence levels, so you know what's real and what's still a maybe. THE LIST GETS SHORTER, NOT LONGER Every attack is compared against your own non-attack days. That means suspects get cleared, not just added. Test one variable at a time and let the data confirm or rule it out, instead of cutting things out forever on a hunch. BAROMETRIC PRESSURE THAT ACTUALLY HELPS Pressure is the biggest driver for a lot of people. Migraine Help tracks it hour by hour and flags incoming shifts days ahead — proof your body isn't reacting for no reason. DOCTOR-READY REPORTS IN ONE TAP Headache days, identified triggers with confidence levels, hormonal patterns, medication effectiveness — a clean PDF your neurologist can read in 30 seconds. Useful for appointments, and for the documentation preventive treatments require. BUILT FOR THE MIDDLE OF A MIGRAINE One tap from the lock screen opens straight to a pain slider. Log a checkpoint, mark whether meds helped, done. WORKS WITHOUT A CYCLE Menopause, hysterectomy, pregnancy, postpartum, birth control — when cycle data isn't there, the engine leans harder on sleep, heart rate, and pressure. WHAT MIGRAINE HELP TRACKS Trigger correlation with honest confidence levels Trigger stacking and daily load Barometric pressure forecasts — incoming shifts, not just current readings Cycle phase and hormonal patterns Sleep, heart rate, HRV, and wrist temperature via Apple Health Medication effectiveness over time Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. IMPORTANT Migraine Help is for informational use only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor for migraine management. Log a migraine while it's happening — by voice, in the dark, with your eyes closed. Amaina turns what you say into a structured record, and your records into something your doctor can actually use. THE PROBLEM WITH MIGRAINE DIARIES During an attack you can't tap through ten questions. Afterwards you can't remember the details. So you walk into your appointment with fragments, and nothing changes. Amaina is built for the inside of an attack — and for the appointment that follows it. LOG BY VOICE, OR BY TAP Press one button and describe what's happening: "started around 2am, intensity 8, light sensitivity." Amaina structures it into a real record — onset, severity, pain location and quality, aura and when it began, light and sound sensitivity, nausea, medication and how fast it helped, what you tried without drugs, and how much the attack affected your day. The voice screen is a low-stimulus "migraine mode" — dark, one button, nothing else competing for your attention. Prefer typing? The manual form does everything the voice path does. Logged in a hurry? Unfinished entries are marked so you can come back and finish them. BACK-DATE ANYTHING Remembered an attack from last week? Log it with the date it actually happened. Your history doesn't have to start today. YOUR TIMELINE, WITH CONTEXT With your permission, Amaina reads sleep, cycle and workouts from Apple Health, and writes your headache episodes back to it. It also shows local barometric pressure and the 24-hour change forecast, flagging drops of about 6 hPa or more — a general weather signal many people with migraine report as a trigger, not a prediction about you. PATTERNS FROM YOUR OWN LOGS Once you've logged a few attacks, Amaina describes what they have in common: triggers ranked with the evidence behind them, how often each lined up with an attack, and how well each medication worked for you. Calculated on your device, from your data, in plain language. Descriptive — never a diagnosis. DOCTOR-READY REPORTS Turn your logs into something your neurologist can read in a minute: attack frequency and burden, attack profile, top triggers, acute-medication days, non-drug relief, Apple Health context, and a full episode log. Export or share it as a PDF. Amaina also keeps a simple count of the days you used acute medication, next to general reference information about what clinicians commonly discuss. The count is your own record — Amaina doesn't assess your personal risk and doesn't tell you what to take. Bring the numbers to your doctor; the judgement is theirs. AI, ONLY IF YOU WANT IT Turning speech into structured fields and drafting the narrative of your doctor summary use a third-party AI service — and only after you explicitly turn it on. Everything else runs on your device. Decline, and tap-logging plus a static, non-AI summary still work. Change your mind any time in Settings. YOUR DATA Export everything as JSON whenever you want. Delete your account and your data from Settings. We never sell your health data and never use it for advertising. AMAINA PRO Pattern insights and doctor-ready reports are part of Amaina Pro, an auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe; manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Amaina is for adults 18 and older. It is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. Always check with your doctor in addition to using Amaina, and before making any medical decisions, including starting, stopping or changing a treatment or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in Amaina. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.).
