Your to-do list is broken. You open it, organize everything just right, close it, and move on with your day. Two hours later you can't remember a single thing on the list. Sound familiar? That's because every task app is designed to be opened and closed. And the moment you close it, your tasks stop existing. Visido works differently. It stays. On your Mac, Visido floats above your workspace all day. Above your browser, your documents, your email. There's no Dock icon to find, no window to dig up. Your tasks sit right beside whatever you're working on. On your iPhone, Visido puts your tasks in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen. Every glance at your phone is a reminder. No app to open. No inbox to check. You stop thinking about task management. You just see what needs doing, and you do it. Because the only way to clear Visido from your screen is to check things off. WHAT YOU GET (FREE, FOREVER): - Full calendar with month view - Always-on-top floating window on Mac (stays above every app) - Dynamic Island and Live Activity on iPhone - Interactive home screen and Lock Screen widgets - iCloud sync across all your devices - Smart date input (type "tomorrow" or "next friday") - Overdue indicators so nothing slips through - Light, dark, and system appearance with font scaling - Menu bar control with no Dock clutter VISIDO PRO: - Tags and Project Mode: organize by project, client, or context - Repeating tasks: daily, weekly, custom patterns, complex schedules - Apple Reminders import: pull tasks from your Reminders inbox - Full natural language input: "call mom every tuesday #work !urgent" - Additional themes and accent colors Visido Pro is $19.99/year, $2.99/month, or $79.99 for lifetime access. Built for people who are done with productivity theater. No gamification. No AI gimmicks. No settings rabbit holes. Just your tasks, always visible, until they're done. Weekly Flow

Weekly Flow is an AI-assisted weekly planning app for students and busy people who need a schedule that adapts around fixed commitments. The app combines a deterministic local scheduler, chronobiology-based timing rules grounded in cited research, on-device retrieval that answers most activities without an cloud AI call, timetable photo OCR, LLM reranking, saved-plan learning, Google Calendar sync, analytics, and cross-device sync. - Builds a weekly schedule from activities, target hours, wake/sleep hours, work-free days, and fixed commitments. - Imports school or work timetables from a photo using a vision model. - Keeps fixed blocks locked so classes, meetings, and calendar events are never moved by the scheduler. - Lets users save "kept plans" and reapply them later as reusable schedule templates. - Shows day and week views inside the Schedule tab. - Tracks completed blocks and weekly insights. - Imports Google Calendar events as fixed blocks and can push Weekly Flow events back to a selected calendar with explicit consent. - Supports optional Sign in with Apple cross-device sync for saved plans and week history. - Supports subscriptions, with a free weekly AI credit cap for non-premium users. - Explains why every block sits where it does, in plain language, with tappable links to the real research behind it. - Derives timing from the activity's name, so "email triage" and "write thesis" are scheduled differently even though both are desk work. - Lets users add an optional description ("hard intervals, not a recovery spin") that sharpens both retrieval and classification. Verdict
Visido and Weekly Flow are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Visido sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Weekly Flow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
