Grove helps parents build better habits with their kids — through points, chores, goals, and a little friendly accountability. Parents set up a household once: add children, configure daily point awards, create chores with point values, and define goals with a point threshold. When a child earns enough points, they redeem their goal. Grove makes the invisible visible — kids understand exactly where they stand and what they're working toward. PARENT TOOLS • Award daily points and log bonus points for good behavior • Create chores with custom point values • Set goals with photo, name, and a point target — kids see their progress in real time • Quick Start goal templates for common rewards: New Video Game, Extra Screen Time, Movies, New Toy • Log behavior incidents with category, severity, and notes • Filter the behavior log by category, date range, or severity • Filter the point ledger by transaction type: daily points, chores, bonuses, penalties, or goal redemptions • Weekly summary notifications keep you informed without constant checking • Co-parent support: two parents share one household and see the same data KIDS ON SHARED DEVICES — PIN MODE Grove works on a single shared family device. Parents assign each child a 4-digit PIN. On the shared device, each child taps their own avatar, enters their PIN, and lands on their personal dashboard — no Supabase account, no email address, nothing to remember but four digits. The child dashboard shows current points, active goals with progress, and a history of recent activity. Kids can see what they've earned. They can't edit anything. SYNC & DATA Grove syncs across devices in real time using Supabase. Two parents on separate iPhones see the same household data. CloudKit is used for device-level preferences and PIN storage. Child PINs are stored in the device Keychain — they never leave the device. PRIVACY Grove is designed with children's privacy in mind. Children never create accounts or enter credentials as authenticated users. All child data is owned by the parent account. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used. Data resides in your personal account and on-device storage. Privacy Policy: https://heiloprojects.com/privacy --- SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Grove requires an active subscription to use. Behavior Tracker helps parents and carers record difficult moments, spot patterns, and create clearer notes to share with others. Quickly log what happened before, during and after an incident using an ABC-style format: - Antecedent: what was happening just before? - Behavior: what did you see? - Consequence: what happened next? - Severity and duration - Location - Early signs - What helped - Notes Behavior Tracker is designed for families supporting children who may have meltdowns, self-injurious behavior, distress, transitions, denied access difficulties, sensory triggers, or other challenging moments. Reports & Insights A one-time purchase unlocks Reports & Insights. There is no subscription. View weekly and longer-term patterns, including: - Entries over time - Average severity - Average duration - Common antecedents, behaviors and responses - Situations that often lead to incidents - Trends that may show whether things are improving You can also generate shareable PDF reports from your logged incidents. Reports can include incident summaries, charts, antecedent-behavior summaries, common situation summaries, average severity, average duration, and recorded patterns over time. Reports may be useful when preparing for conversations with family members, schools, carers, therapists, consultants, or behavior specialists. They are based only on the incidents you record and do not provide clinical conclusions or advice. Common situations You can add common situations, such as morning dressing, waiting for dinner, bedtime, or leaving the house, and estimate how often they usually happen. This helps compare incidents with routine frequency, giving a clearer picture than incident counts alone. For example, 3 incidents in a week may mean something very different if the routine happened 3 times or 30 times. Export and share Export logs or create PDF reports to help prepare for conversations with family members, schools, carers, therapists or behavior specialists. Behavior Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. It is a practical logging and reflection tool to help families record what happened and notice patterns over time.
