Reschedule overdue tasks and review their change history with taskru. Choose a new due date, then use the Timeline to look back at changes to due dates and status as you decide what to do next. RESCHEDULE IT, FINISH IT, OR LET IT GO In Overdue Support, choose Do Today, +1 Day, or +3 Days to set the due date to today, tomorrow, or three days from today. You can also pick a date or remove the due date; Done or Dropped changes the task’s status. Add an optional reason for the delay so you can look back on your decision. SEE HOW YOUR TASKS ACTUALLY MOVED The Timeline records task creation and changes to due dates and status, including completion and dropping a task. See when and how you rescheduled, then decide where to restart. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account required. Your tasks are stored on your device, with optional iCloud sync that you control. YOUR TO-DOS, READY TO RESTART Home keeps today in focus. Filter by Today, Overdue, Todo, or Doing, reuse recent searches, and change status with a swipe. Choose Recommended sorting on Home to rank tasks by due date, priority, status, and other signals. Reasons shown for the top tasks help you choose what to tackle next. CATCH UP ON OVERDUE TASKS The Due screen gathers everything past its deadline into one calm list. Switch between Agenda and Month views, or narrow down to Today, the next 7 days, or everything at once. REMINDERS WHEN YOU NEED THEM Get a reminder before a timed task is due and a morning summary of tasks due today. Reminders are off by default. In Settings > Due Date Reminders, turn on Enable reminders and allow notifications on your device. All-day tasks appear in the morning summary. SPOT WHEN YOU FINISH β€” AND WHEN YOU STALL Completion Analysis breaks your finished tasks down by priority, tags, and weekday. Learn when you are strongest, and where things tend to get stuck. AI TO HELP YOU CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP Generate a short Home summary or use progress diagnosis to review bottlenecks and next steps. AI requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device, a supported language and region, Apple Intelligence enabled, and the on-device model ready. Task management works without AI. AI runs on device by default. Enable Private Cloud Compute in Settings to let Home summaries and progress diagnosis use Apple’s Private Cloud Compute, with on-device fallback when unavailable. Tag suggestions always run on device. CHECK & ADD FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN The widget shows your current counts and recent tasks, with a quick route to adding a new one. Use Siri or Shortcuts to add tasks, check unfinished tasks due today, or ask when a specific task is due. Available Siri actions depend on your device, language, and Siri support. Find tasks in your device’s Spotlight search. Control whether task names appear in widgets and device search with β€œShow task names outside the app” in Settings. AND MORE Projects, tags, priorities, subtasks, and repeating tasks. Use repeating tasks to manage daily, weekly, or monthly routines. Import unfinished reminders from Apple Reminders. Import task lists in JSON format copied from your favorite AI chatbot. Export everything to CSV, Markdown, or JSON. Requires iOS/iPadOS 27 or later.

"I need to clean my room." "I should write that report." You knowβ€”but your body won't move. That's not laziness. The task is just too big, and your brain freezes. Ravel is an ADHD-friendly task app that breaks big, overwhelming tasks into steps so small they take 5 minutes each. Perfect if you: - Can't take the first step because the task feels enormous - Get paralyzed by long to-do lists - Have ADHD traits and struggle with starting and continuing tasks - Just need a "5 minutes only" push to get going Features - AI ravels your task Type "clean my room" and get steps like "grab just one trash bag" and "pick up 3 visible pieces of trash"β€”so small they feel almost silly. The first step is always easy. That's why you can start. - See only your next step No overwhelming lists. The screen shows exactly one step: the one you're doing now. A 5-minute timer keeps the scope tiny. Nothing to be paralyzed by. - A little celebration after every step Confetti falls each time you finish a step. Small wins stack into momentum. Not feeling a step? Skip it for laterβ€”no guilt. - Everything stays on your device On Apple Intelligence devices, an on-device AI breaks down your tasks; other devices use built-in patterns. Your tasks are never sent to any server. No account needed. - Build confidence with your record Track steps finished today, completed tasks, and your streak. Proof that you CAN move. Pricing Free to use (3 task breakdowns per day). Premium unlocks unlimited breakdowns and removes all ads. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
