Cupwire is a voice + location app for small groups who need to stay in touch when phone calls aren't practical — hunting parties, work crews, families on big properties, anyone moving across terrain together. Hold the round mic button to record a short voice clip. Release, and it plays automatically on every teammate's phone — even with their screen locked. Each clip is transcribed on-device so it shows up as text in the group thread, and so the lock-screen banner reads what was actually said, not just "voice message." WHAT MAKES CUPWIRE DIFFERENT • Live shared map. See every teammate's position on a satellite map, in real time. Drop named pins ("south stand", "the truck"), waypoints, or incident pins (sighting, shot, kill, trail sign, vehicle, lunch, parts). • Voice commands. Say "head to John" and the AR compass aims at him. Say "meet at the truck" and everyone's screen shows their personal ETA. Say "who's closest?", "what'd I miss?", "remind me at sunrise".
