The body-phase card shows where you are in your fast (Fed State, Glucose Burn, Glycogen Depletion, Ketosis, Autophagy and Deep Repair) with a source for each phase. Weekly fasting schedule Your fasting and eating windows on a color-coded weekly calendar. For 5:2 and similar plans, pick your own fasting days. Tap any day to see its times or adjust them. Daily log and weight tracking Mark each day completed, partial or missed, and add mood, energy, weight, water, calories and notes. Find food ideas for breaking your fast gently. Missed a few days? Backfill them. Search your full history anytime. Stats that keep you going Current and longest streak, completion rate, average fast length, total hours fasted, a weight trend chart, an activity heatmap and a weekly bar chart, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or all time. Set goals such as 30 days of 16:8 and watch them fill up. Many people use intermittent fasting for weight loss, and the weight chart shows your real trend.
