Motively vs MCAT Study Buddy

Plan. Study. All in one place. Most academic apps make you pick a lane. Planning apps handle your schedule but don't help you learn. Flashcard apps help you memorize but don't know when your exam is. Motively connects your planner and your study tools — so your deadlines and your flashcards actually talk to each other. Create Through Conversation, Not Menus. Tell the chat "make flashcards on chapter 5 but focus on the formulas" and they're built. Say "these are too easy — make them harder" and they adjust. Ask "turn this quiz into short-answer instead" and it's done. No settings screens. No starting over. Iterate Until It's Perfect Notes missing a key concept? Tell the chat to add it. Flashcards too surface-level? Ask it to go deeper. A mind map too cluttered? It'll simplify. Every study tool is a living conversation — refine it as many times as you need. One Chat. Every Study Tool. From a single conversation, create and refine: • Flashcards with spaced repetition • Practice quizzes with wrong-answer explanations • Visual mind maps • Condensed summary notes • Lecture podcasts you can listen to anywhere • Presentation slides A Real Planner, Not an Afterthought. Upload your syllabus and every deadline populates automatically. Add tasks, set priorities, and view your week at a glance. Your study sessions and your schedule finally live in the same app. Grounded in Your Actual Coursework The chat doesn't pull from the internet — it pulls from your uploaded lectures, PDFs, and notes. Every flashcard, quiz, and summary comes from your material. AI & Privacy Disclosure: Motively uses AI to generate study tools from your uploaded content. When you use AI-powered features, your lecture content, prompts, and voice audio are processed by third-party services including Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), and ElevenLabs (voice synthesis).
