Aethyr Waves vs Stepling

Your daily companion for focus, sleep, energy, and inner balance. Aethyr Waves combines binaural beat frequencies with live-generated ambient music. No loops, no two sessions ever sound the same. Every preset is engineered around a specific brainwave band — Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, or Gamma — to gently support a distinct mental state. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Procedural music engine — melodies, pads, arpeggios, and drums composed in real time, never repeating • 17 curated musical moods spanning peaceful, cosmic, energetic, genre, and active soundscapes • 37 specialized sessions across 8 categories: Mental, Sport, Emotional, Pain & Health, Sleep, Productivity, Wellness, and Active Predisposition • Dynamic session arc — intros breathe gently, peaks bring energy, outros settle for a calm close • Personalized wizard that recommends your session based on goal and energy • Five binaural bands precisely tuned to standard neuroscience frequencies NEW IN 1.4.0 — ACTIVE PREDISPOSITION A new category designed to prime your mind for action, not accompany it. Pre-gym, pre-pitch, pre-presentation, morning surge — sessions powered by real drum kits (kick, snare, hi-hat), sidechain compression for that classic EDM pump, and tempo curves that accelerate with you (the Ignition session ramps from 88 to 124 BPM in its first minute). DESIGNED FOR DAILY USE Whether you are working, meditating, sleeping, training, or creating, Aethyr Waves adapts to your needs with sessions from 5 minutes to unlimited duration. Background audio keeps your session running while you use other apps, and a guided 4-step wizard gets you started in seconds. FREE TIER 5 starter sessions including Meditation, Deep Focus, Mindfulness, Repetitive Work, and Gamer Focus, with sessions up to 5 minutes and a daily limit of 20 minutes total. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION ($3.99/month) • All 37 sessions across every category, including the new Active Predisposition family • All 17 procedural music moods • Unlimited session duration • Full customization: binaural frequency, base tone, noise mix, melody mood • All 8 wizard goal templates Stereo headphones are required for the binaural effect to work.
