Learn Dari, Pashto, Urdu and Punjabi — plus 20+ more heritage languages the big apps skip. You pick the dialect, and the lessons follow. YOU PICK THE DIALECT Most language apps do not know the difference between Afghan Dari and Iranian Farsi, or Afghan Pashto and Pakistani Pakhto. Silq does. Choose the variant before you start and every lesson, phrase and script sample follows it. Those differences are a huge part of our heritage. LEARN LIKE YOU PLAY Silq turns language learning into a game. Earn points, unlock levels and build streaks as you work through vocabulary, phrases and real conversations. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Everyday conversational phrases Family and cultural vocabulary Numbers, greetings and essentials Native script alongside transliteration, so you can read it and say it Reading and pronunciation fundamentals LANGUAGES AVAILABLE Persian / Farsi (including Afghan Dari) Pashto (Afghan and Pakistani Pakhto) Urdu Punjabi (Pakistani and Indian) Tajik Uzbek Arabic (Egyptian, Syrian, Palestinian, Sudanese, and more dialects soon) Gujarati Tamil Telugu Malayalam Sindhi Kurdish (Kurmanji and Sorani) Marathi Kazakh Sinhala Nepali Kyrgyz Turkish and more coming WHY SILQ Many mainstream apps do not cover Pashto, Dari, Sindhi or Sinhala at all. Silq was built to fill that gap — giving diaspora speakers a way to learn the language their grandparents spoke, their parents tried to teach them, and they always meant to get around to. PERFECT FOR Diaspora communities reconnecting with their roots Parents teaching their kids the mother tongue Adults who understand the language but cannot speak it Heritage learners honouring their family history Anyone curious about Central and South Asian languages FREE TO START Silq is free to download and free to begin. About

Simple Punjabi

Features

Learn spoken Punjabi the simple way. Simple Punjabi teaches useful everyday sentences, which will be useful in real life. For example, "Can I have a spoon?" not "My giraffe is an architect." Everything is in English letters (roman script). No Gurmukhi or Shahmukhi required. This app is about speaking and understanding Punjabi, not learning a new alphabet. HOW IT WORKS • Work through levels on a map, from basics (numbers, colours) to full sentences • Type your answers; wrong questions stay in the round until you get them right • Choose English → Punjabi or Punjabi → English (English → Punjabi is great for building recall) • Earn medals at the end of each level: gold for a perfect round, silver for one miss, bronze otherwise • Beast Mode mixes 10 random questions from the whole course • Optional audio reads questions aloud; mute anytime • Flexible spelling — "garam" and "garm" both work MADE FOR REAL LIFE • 80+ levels of practical vocabulary and phrases • Fully offline — no internet needed after install • Progress and settings saved on your device • Forgiving answer matching for natural spelling variations ABOUT THE DIALECT The Punjabi in this app is closest to the Malwai dialect from Eastern Punjab (Ludhiana, Patiala, and nearby). Punjabi varies across regions, but you'll be understood widely. BUILT WITH CARE I'm Sachin, born and raised in London, and I built this because I couldn't find an app that taught Punjabi the way I wanted to learn it. A friend from Punjab helped get the language right. Questions or feedback: professor-sachin.bobcat447@simplelogin.com Good luck on your Punjabi learning journey!
