Jabful keeps your whole peptide routine in one place: protocols, doses, vials, meals and how you feel, with a cited research library and an AI assistant that shows its sources. PROTOCOLS AND STACKS • Build protocols with every compound you take, on its own or as a stack. Set the amount in mcg, mg, IU or mL, the route, and a schedule: daily, chosen weekdays, every few days, several times a day, or on and off cycles. • Pause, complete or archive a protocol without losing its history. • Reminders that name each compound, a Today view across all your protocols, widgets and Live Activities. DOSE LOGGING AND SITE ROTATION • Log a dose in one tap, or a whole time slot at once. Change the time, add a note, skip or snooze. • Your full dose history in one place, easy to review and edit. • Injection site rotation across every compound: see the next site in your rotation and when each spot was last used. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND VIALS • Save the instructions your pharmacy or prescriber gave you with each compound, word for word. Jabful shows them when you log a dose. It never suggests an amount. • Vial inventory counted in doses: set how many doses a vial holds, and every logged dose counts it down. PEPTIDE LIBRARY • More than 80 compounds, from approved GLP-1 medicines to research peptides, each with its regulatory status, how it is thought to work, known risks and what studies actually show. • Over 400 cited studies with plain-English summaries and links to the original sources. • Commonly discussed combinations, with an honest note on the evidence. ASK JABFUL • Ask about peptides and GLP-1 medicines and get clear, educational answers that cite the studies behind them. • Jabful explains research. It does not give personal dosing advice or help with buying compounds. For questions about your own doses, it points you to your pharmacist or prescriber. MEALS AND NUTRITION • Scan a meal with your camera, describe it in words, or search a food database built on USDA data. • Track calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water against daily targets you can adjust. PROGRESS AND HEALTH • Follow weight, body fat, lean mass, waist, mood and energy on clear charts. • Log check-ins, symptoms and notes. Progress photos stay on your iPhone. • See estimated medication levels for supported GLP-1 medicines, clearly labeled as estimates. • Export your records as CSV, JSON or PDF for your clinician. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR DATA • Sign in with Apple or Google. Your records sync to your account, encrypted, so a new phone picks up where you left off. • Works with Apple Health for weight, body measurements, nutrition and water. • AI answers and meal analysis run on a third-party AI service through our servers. Meal and progress photos stay on your iPhone. • Delete your account anytime in Settings. Invite friends with your personal code. JABFUL PRO A Jabful Pro subscription is required to use Jabful after setup, including AI answers and meal scans. Choose yearly or monthly; there is no free trial. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. IMPORTANT Jabful is for tracking and education, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend any compound or dose. Many compounds in the library are not approved for human use. Talk to a qualified clinician before you start, stop or change anything. Jabful does not sell or source peptides.
