MindLink vs Next Seven

MindLink is your personal mental load manager — the place where every task, idea, errand, and responsibility goes so it stops living rent-free in your head. For the moments your brain won't stop. The 4am wake-up where the list starts running on its own. The walk to school where you're already planning dinner, three doctor's appointments, and whether the school form was due today or tomorrow. The Sunday evening dread of the week ahead. Whether you're managing solo, running a household, or sharing a flat, MindLink helps you capture what's on your mind, see how you're really doing, and take action before things pile up. MindLink was built for people carrying an invisible load - and for the partners who actually want to take some of it. WHAT IT DOES Capture every task, thought, errand and worry. Move it out of your head and into a place you trust. Hand things off to your partner - or anyone else - without wondering whether they'll get done. See, in a single number, how clear your head actually is right now. And talk to Luna, an AI companion who knows your load and responds with empathy, not productivity advice. YOUR MENTAL CLARITY, MEASURED MindLink calculates a Mental Clarity Score (0–100) based on your open tasks and how you're feeling. A simple gauge on your home screen tells you at a glance whether you're on top of things or need to lighten the load. Track your mood daily and watch your clarity trend over the week. CAPTURE ANYTHING, INSTANTLY The Quick Capture sheet lets you log a task in seconds. Add a title, notes, deadline, category, photos, and assign it to someone — all before you forget it. LUNA, YOUR AI THINKING PARTNER Luna isn't a chatbot — she's a companion. Say "I'm overwhelmed" and she'll respond with empathy and a concrete suggestion. Say "Add milk to my list" and it's done. Luna understands your clarity score and your workload, so her advice is always personal. DELEGATE WITHOUT FORGETTING Assign tasks to people outside your household — a babysitter, contractor, or colleague. MindLink opens the system share sheet so you choose how to send it. They don't need the app. It's one-way, simple, and free. HOUSEHOLD COLLABORATION Upgrade to share your task list with family or housemates. Assign tasks. Everyone sees what's been completed, what's overdue, and who's handling what — synced in real time. ORGANISED YOUR WAY Colour-coded categories, tags, and priority levels keep your list tidy. Filter and sort any way you like. Attach photos to tasks for extra context. REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY HELP Set deadlines with the built-in calendar picker. MindLink sends push notifications and intelligent to-do recommendations before things are due so you're never caught off guard. PRIVATE AND SECURE Sign in with Apple. A minimal seven-day task planner. The app displays the current day and the six days ahead, each expandable to reveal tasks you want to get done that day. Status is visible at a glance through subtle color cues. Orange means something is still in progress. Green means the day is complete. Nothing more complicated than that. Everything stays local on your device. Your tasks are always available, even offline, and nothing is tracked or synced in the background. The app quietly handles time for you. Each midnight, the view rolls forward automatically. Old days disappear so you only see what is relevant now. A small notes space is available when you need to quickly capture thoughts that do not belong to a specific day. It stays out of the way until you open it. This is a planner that avoids pressure. It does not try to manage your life. It just holds your next steps clearly, and gets out of the way.
