This app will read the calendars you specify and alert you before the meeting happens. Customizable pleasant sounds and haptics inform you of the meeting coming up, reminding you several times (and with a more insistent alert at the time of the meeting). Fully customizable timings, sounds, haptics. Allow you to see keywords to ignore certain meetings (like "lunch"). You can also skip notifications on the weekends. The app will periodically recheck your calendar to keep up to date. Note app needs to be not force quit to play an audio alert. You can have the app running on your phone and mac (one set to main the other secondary) Optionally the app also allows you to track 1:1 meetings, take notes, follow ups, etc.
