Protocol is a peptide tracker and peptide calculator for people who actually run protocols. Try Pro free for 14 days. No commitment required. Your protocol deserves better than a spreadsheet. Protocol is the only peptide tracker and peptide calculator built for serious self-experimenters. Pharmacokinetic curves, six AI tools, a peptide calculator, injection site rotation, and the only app that tracks peptides, supplements, and habits together in one protocol. Everything stays on your device. No account. No cloud. No one has your data but you. PEPTIDE CALCULATOR AND RECONSTITUTION MATH Enter your peptide amount, vial volume, and target dose. Get exact BAC water volumes and syringe draw units instantly. The concentration slider lets you dial in your preferred draw size. Works for BPC-157, TB-500, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, Semaglutide, and all 81 compounds in the catalog. COMPLETE PROTOCOL TRACKING The only peptide app that combines compounds, supplements, and habits in one protocol. Run an injury stack with TB-500, BPC-157, daily collagen, and your rehab routine, tracked together with one adherence score. No other app does this. SIX AI TOOLS BUILT IN Research Assistant: Ask anything about your stack in real time. Half-lives, dosing windows, interactions, side effects. Stack-aware answers from research, not generic internet responses. Check-in Coach: After every daily check-in, the AI analyzes your actual logged data and gives you a personalized read on what's working. Stack Score: AI rates your entire protocol across 6 dimensions: synergy, redundancy, side effects, practicality, goal alignment, and evidence quality. Visualized as a radar chart. Interaction Checker: 30 most common peptide pairs analyzed instantly. Synergy, redundancy, timing recommendations, and caution flags. AI Protocol Builder: Describe your goal and the AI generates a full protocol with compounds, doses, and schedules. Review, edit, and activate in one tap. AI Add Item: Research any compound before you add it to your protocol. PHARMACOKINETIC CURVES See exactly where any compound is in your system right now. Peak concentration, half-life decay, and optimal dosing windows visualized in real time as you log doses. All compounds on one chart simultaneously. No other peptide tracker does this. 81-COMPOUND RESEARCH LIBRARY BPC-157. TB-500. Ipamorelin. CJC-1295. Semaglutide. Tirzepatide. Retatrutide. Testosterone. HCG. Rapamycin. NMN. Semax. Selank. PT-141. GHK-Cu. Epitalon. And 65 more. Every compound includes dosing guidance, half-life, reconstitution notes, and a direct link to the full research profile at protocolapp.health. INJECTION SITE ROTATION Interactive 3D body map. Front and back views simultaneously. Tap to log, pinch to zoom. Color-coded history shows rested, recent, today, and never-used sites at a glance. Rotate correctly every time. BLOODWORK AND LAB TRACKING Log testosterone, IGF-1, estradiol, TSH, fasting glucose, and 80+ biomarkers. Track trends over time. Misophonia Trigger Tamer 4
Read full descriptionHide full description
This a 2nd generation of Misophonia Trigger Tamer and lets you work on up to 4 trigger recordings at the same time, which is much better. The app lets your brain experience a very positive stimulus (music or other activity) while occasionally hearing small bits of triggers. It can play a trigger so short and quiet that it does not even trigger you. As you increase the volume and/or length (duration) of the trigger, you will begin to feel something physically, but minimal or no emotions. This experience can reduce your response to specific misophonia triggers. As your response slowly declines, you can slowly increase the length and volume of the trigger to maintain a tiny miso-response. This is intended to be a very pleasant experience – a Happy Time as it says in the app. This app enables counterconditioning, which is a neurological process to reduce an acquired reflex (which drives your misophonia experience). Load your favorite music by emailing audio files from your computer to your phone. Use the built-in triggers or record and edit a trigger with the app. Your job is to relax (or dance) to the music, and allow your misophonic response to fade away. This app cannot use rented music, such as Spotify or Apple Music. This method reduces the misophonic response in people with very specific triggers. For example, if you trigger to the sound of a family member chewing, but not strangers, this method may be effective. If you trigger to the chewing sounds of anyone (and anywhere), then this method can produce improvement in the way you react to real-life trigger sounds, but it may take a variety of recordings. Relaxing muscles before triggers has been reported to reduce the misophonic response. This app can also be used to practice the behavioral skill of relaxing (which is a behavior learned through practice). Caution: Do not use the Trigger Tamer if it is unpleasant. Don't "be tough" and use a strong trigger. This app is for wimps. Take it easy, start with a very low volume, short trigger that creates an "eye blink" size reaction. Allow your response to change slowly. When the response decreases, you can then increase the length and volume of the trigger, always keeping your response very small and brief. NEW FEATURES COMPARED TO MISOPHONIA TRIGGER TAMER: 1. Use up to 4 different trigger recordings in a single session. 2. Alert a few seconds before the trigger, allowing you to relax or breathe as needed. 3. Increased flexibility in variable timing of triggers. 3. The ability to download and use your music files and trigger recordings from other devices. With this version you can upload your trigger recordings via email and you can download audio files as email attachments. Once downloaded, you can copy them into the Trigger Tamer 4 and use them. This is included in Misophonia Trigger Tamer version 3.21.
