Form Coach is your AI workout coach that watches every rep through your phone camera and tells you exactly how to fix your form, in real time and fully on-device. No account, no subscription. Set your phone down, step back, and start moving. Form Coach counts your reps and scores each one on form. A live skeleton turns green when your form is dialed in and yellow when something slips. NEW IN 3.0.1 - Share a routine with a link or QR code. Anyone who opens it adds their own copy, with their own progress. No account, no friend request. Made for coaches and teachers. Turn a link off any time. - Family setup: kids can use Form Coach with a parent's or guardian's consent. A child's setup sends no usage statistics and has no friend features, leaderboards or social sharing. - Smarter framing help: the coach tells you exactly what to fix ("step back", "tilt the phone down"). - A bright new look, with four app icon colours to choose from. BUILT FOR THE HABIT - Today: a 4-week plan built for you on first run; each day shows the session, your last fix and Start. - Calibration rep before each set, with an "I can see you" meter, so every rep gets counted. If the camera loses you, the coach says why and can count on your Apple Watch instead. - Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, plus a Live Activity with the rest timer and your last score. - Form Report every Sunday: one number per exercise, a before-and-after clip pair and next week's adjustment. - Crew: train with friends over Game Center, with a shared streak and weekly form-score leaderboards. - Siri and Shortcuts, and a Watch complication with your next session. EVERYTHING INCLUDED - Replay+: side-by-side before/after with per-rep slow motion and joint angles, unlimited highlight reels - Five programs: First Pull-up, Pain-free Squat, 21-day Posture Reset, Runner's Strength, Post-partum Core - Ask the Coach: questions about your last session, answered on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence - Apple Watch heart-rate zones and readiness trends, report history with PDF export, three coach voices No subscription, no unlock, no ads. 500+ EXERCISES YOUR CAMERA CAN COUNT Push-ups, squats, lunges, planks and burpees, plus dumbbell, kettlebell and band work, Pilates, barre, yoga, mobility, cardio, HIIT, boxing, 80+ stretch holds, chair, balance and rehab, dance and tai chi. Every exercise has form cues, a placement guide and its own tracker. WHAT YOU GET - Form scoring on every rep from your actual range of motion: no tapping, no manual logging - Live cues mid-rep ("go deeper", "elbows tighter") with voice and haptics, so you can train eyes-up - Session replay with the skeleton synced to your video, plus a per-rep breakdown - After each workout: one strength, one fix and a form score, plus streaks and weekly goals - Build your own workout, follow guided routines, or take the 8-minute Fitness Check YOUR VIDEO STAYS YOURS All camera work happens on your device. No sign-in. Your videos, pose data and workouts never leave your device, and you can delete everything from Settings. A routine is uploaded only when you choose to share it. Usage statistics are pseudonymous and never include your video or name; in the EU, UK and Switzerland they are off unless you turn them on, and a child's setup sends none. No ads, no tracking across apps. Exercise carries inherent risk. Choose exercises suitable for your age, fitness level and health, and consult a physician before starting a new program. Children use Form Coach only with a parent or guardian. Privacy policy: https://allthingsn.com/apps/form-coach/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://allthingsn.com/terms/
