Fox Reader turns ANY BOOK you own INTO a lifelike AUDIOBOOK, ENTIRELY OFFLINE on your iPhone. Import an EPUB, PDF, or MOBI, press play, and listen in natural, expressive voices. No cloud. No account. Nothing leaves your device. It's a real reader, too: follow every word as it's spoken, study what you read, and track the habit, all in a beautiful library that's yours alone. LISTEN TO ANY BOOK, OFFLINE Lifelike, on-device AI narration for anything you import. Choose from multiple expressive voices and listen anywhere your iPhone goes: car speakers, AirPods, or a walk with no signal. No streaming, no buffering, no internet required. FOLLOW ALONG, WORD BY WORD Every line highlights in sync with the narration, so reading and listening reinforce each other. Ideal for learning a new language, building comprehension, supporting dyslexia or ADHD, or simply keeping your place when you glance down. Fox automatically skips tables of contents, front matter, and decorative clutter, so you only hear the story. CATCH UP WITH AI SUMMARIES Lost the thread? Fox generates instant 3-bullet recaps of the last few pages, your current chapter, or the chapter you just finished: so you can jump back in within seconds. A READER DESIGNED AROUND YOU Eight hand-crafted themes, including Sepia, Dark, Forest, and Twilight. Fine-tune fonts, sizes, weights, line spacing, margins, and alignment. Smooth page-curl animations and orientation lock round it out. HIGHLIGHTS, NOTES & VOCABULARY Highlight passages in six colors and attach notes to any range of words. Save words to a personal vocabulary list, then make them stick with five AI word games: Quiz, Puzzle, Hangman, Word Guess, and Riddle Rush. SEE YOUR READING GROW Every reading and listening session is tracked. Set daily and yearly goals, build streaks, and watch a 14-day activity chart with breakdowns by author and format. A LIBRARY THAT ORGANIZES ITSELF Build custom collections with emojis and pin favorites to your Home Screen. Smart collections auto-group your books: Currently Reading, Almost Finished, Short Reads, Long Reads, and more — while AI genre classification sorts the rest for you. TRACK SERIES & DISCOVER MORE Follow multi-book series from start to finish, keep a wishlist of books you haven't imported yet, and find new titles from authors you already love. Import your Goodreads library by CSV. SYNC ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your library, reading progress, highlights, notes, and preferences move with you over iCloud. Start a chapter on iPhone, finish it on iPad, exactly where you left off. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The neural voices, AI summaries, and genre sorting all run on your device — not on a server. No account, no tracking, no uploads. Your books and your notes stay yours. SUPPORTED FORMATS EPUB · PDF · MOBI · TXT. Import from Files, email, iCloud Drive, or any document source. Your whole library, in your ears: and nothing leaves your phone. Download Fox Reader and press play. Readur turns anything you want to read into something you can listen to. Paste a link, share an article from Safari, import an EPUB or a PDF, scan a printed page with the camera, or just paste text. Readur pulls out the actual writing — no navigation, no cookie banners, no comment sections — and reads it aloud in a voice you choose. NINE NEURAL VOICES, RUNNING ON YOUR IPHONE Most reading apps hand you the same robotic system voice. Readur offers nine downloadable neural voices that sound close to a person: Heart, Thea, Nora, Nicole, Wren, Iris, Michael, Elliot and Silas. They run entirely on your device. No streaming, no server, no account — once a voice is downloaded it works on a plane, on the Tube, anywhere. Each voice lists its measured reading pace, from 101 to 174 words per minute, so you can pick one that suits the book rather than guessing. That number was measured, not estimated. BUILT FOR ACTUALLY LISTENING • Background playback, lock screen and AirPods controls • A sleep timer that fades out rather than cutting off • Speed from 0.8x to 2x • Follow along with the text as it is spoken, line by line • Pick up exactly where you stopped, in every document • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Live Activity while you listen • Teach it how to say names and jargon it gets wrong YOUR READING STAYS YOURS There is no account and no sign-up. There are no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing you add to Readur and nothing it reads aloud is ever sent anywhere — speech is synthesised on your iPhone. The only two times Readur uses the network are when you give it a link to fetch, and when you choose to download a voice. That is the whole list. EVERYTHING IS FREE Every voice, every feature, no subscription, no unlock, no ads.
