Intende helps you reduce distracting screen time and give your full attention to one task at a time. CREATE HEALTHIER DAILY HABITS Choose the apps that take too much of your time and set a daily Screen Time limit. Intende can notify you 10 minutes before the limit is reached and restrict the selected apps afterward. Your daily limit resets at midnight. START A FOCUS SESSION Choose a duration from 15 minutes to 3 hours. While the timer is running, Intende uses Screen Time controls to temporarily limit distracting apps and websites. Ending a session early requires a deliberate hold, giving you a moment to reconsider before returning to distractions.
