More than a timer. Group Fit Studio is the all-in-one class planner and interval timer built for group fitness instructors. Design how your class flows, fill it with movements from our curated library of 900+ exercises, then press play to teach with your plan and timer working together. Whether you teach HIIT, Tabata, circuits, bootcamp, strength, yoga, Pilates, or barre, Group Fit Studio adapts to your format. Most instructors juggle three tools: notes or a spreadsheet to plan, a separate interval timer to run the clock, and music on the side. Group Fit Studio is all three. The class you build is exactly what the timer runs. No writing on the mirrors, no glancing between apps mid-class. GET STARTED IN MINUTES New to Group Fit Studio? Pick a ready-made starter class and it's yours to customize. Fill in your own exercises, then rehearse it as a live session with a quick guided walkthrough before you teach it for real. Prefer a blank page? Skip straight to building your own class instead. ONE CLASS, ONE PLACE Every class you teach lives on the Classes home. Open one and you get its whole workspace: class setup for the structure with timed blocks, group intervals, and station rotations, plus optional warm-up and cool-down. Set the structure once and prepare it again week after week with fresh movements. Add exercises from a curated library of over 900, organized by muscle group and equipment. Set timing per interval and add instructor notes for cues and transitions. All you have to do is add your exercises and press play. PRESS PLAY Tap Start on any class to run it as your real-time guide. A countdown timer tracks each work and rest interval, auto-advances through your class, and lets you skip forward or back on the fly. Pair an Apple Music playlist with any class so your music starts when class starts and ducks during the countdown beeps. No more losing your place mid-class. WEAR IT ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch companion mirrors your live session with the current exercise, timer, and progress at a glance. Use the app controls to pause, resume, skip, or end without picking up your phone. Heart rate and active energy are recorded as a workout in the Health app. BUILD YOUR LIBRARY Browse 900+ exercises, each with step-by-step instructions, primary and secondary muscle targeting, and suggested similar moves to keep your classes fresh. Create your own exercises and use them right away. Submit them to the shared catalog and they may be made available to all instructors after review. MIX & MATCH WITH COMBOS Studio Combos - Browse existing combos or create your own combination of exercises that drop right into an exercise slot in your class. Combos are created by the Group Fit Studio community. Search and filter by muscle group and equipment to find the perfect combo easily. BUILT FOR INSTRUCTORS - Ready-made starter classes to get you teaching in minutes - One workspace per class — structure and this week's exercises side by side - Studio Combos — pre-built or custom exercise groups for any slot - Timed, group, and station-based blocks — HIIT, Tabata, circuits, rounds, and more - Live session timer with work/rest countdowns, auto-advance, and interval navigation - Apple Watch companion with on-wrist session controls - Apple Music playlist pairing with auto-ducking countdown beeps - Exercise library with 900+ movements and muscle/equipment filters - Create your own exercises and use them immediately in your classes - Offline support — your classes and sessions work without a connection - Session history to track what you taught and when Designed by a group fitness instructor with 19 years of teaching.
