Block spam calls in batches with BlockRa, especially when call centers, robocallers or unwanted callers keep calling from numbers that look almost the same. BlockRa helps you create rules for exact numbers, lists, ranges and patterns, so you can block batches of similar numbers with more control. No more blocking single contacts one by one. You decide exactly what gets blocked, what gets allowed, and what simply needs a name. BLOCKING RULES * Ranges:
A Range is useful when you want to block a smaller batch of numbers between a clear start and end. Choose the base number, set the starting digits and ending digits, and BlockRa handles the interval.
>For instance, block a known business that has just 30 phone numbers * Patterns:
A Pattern is useful when many numbers share the same beginning but keep changing at the end. Choose how the number starts, then decide how many final digits should vary. This is made for bigger batches, repeated prefixes and callers that rotate through similar numbers.
For instance, block a whole call center by blocking all the numbers in their domain. ___________________ RANGE VS PATTERN Range means a specific interval. Pattern means the same beginning with changing endings. ___________________ * Single or lists:
Use a Single for one exact number. Use a List when you want to keep several saved numbers together, such as repeated spam numbers, imported contacts, delivery numbers, work lines or any group you want to manage in one place. DECLUTTER YOUR PHONE BOOK Import contacts into BlockRa, organize saved numbers and use smart suggestions to reduce duplicates, spot overlaps and find possible ranges or patterns inside the contacts you already imported. Not every useful caller needs to live in your main Contacts app. With BlockRa, you can allow and identify saved callers without overcrowding your address book. Save couriers, mailmen, delivery drivers, work numbers, service contacts, temporary numbers or recurring callers directly in BlockRa, then recognize them when they call. And yes, that can include an ex, a situationship or someone you want to identify without giving them a permanent place in your real Phone Book. BlockRa is made to block and identify the numbers you save. https://blockra.firebaseapp.com/terms

Filter spam texts. Set your own rules. Gatekeeper filters text messages by the words, numbers and prefixes you choose, and blocks calls from the phone numbers you add. Messages are checked on your device and never sent to us. WHAT YOU GET • Your own rules for texts: filter SMS by keyword, phone number or prefix. A keyword can be a word such as "jackpot" or "lottery"; a prefix such as +44 or +1900 covers every number that starts with it. Add as many rules as you need. • Calls: block calls from the phone numbers you add. Enter each one as a full number with country code, at least 7 digits. Prefixes work for texts only, not for calls. • Allowed list: add numbers, prefixes or sender names that Gatekeeper does not filter, for example the name of a shop that sends you messages you want to keep. • Your lists: three tiles on the Home screen open your blocked texts, your blocked calls and your Allowed list. • Messages stay on your device: Gatekeeper never uploads your messages or your call history. Message text is never stored or sent anywhere. Details of the small profile we keep for your installation are in our Privacy Policy. HOW IT WORKS ON IPHONE Gatekeeper works as an iOS message filter. When a text arrives from a sender who is not in your Contacts, iOS asks Gatekeeper what to do with it. Gatekeeper compares the sender and the words with your rules, on your iPhone. A text that matches goes to the spam list in Messages instead of your inbox. Apple applies message filters only to senders who are not in your Contacts, so messages from people you have saved are not filtered. For calls, Gatekeeper uses Apple's call blocking. Once you switch it on, calls from the numbers you added are blocked. SET UP IN THREE STEPS 1. Open Gatekeeper and follow the in-app guide to switch on the message filter in iOS Settings. 2. Add your first rule: a word, a number or a prefix. 3. Switch on call blocking in the in-app guide, then add the numbers you want to block from calling you. OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS Pro is an optional subscription. It adds Smart matching and the AI filter. Your own rules, the Allowed list and call blocking do not need a subscription. THE AI FILTER AND SMART MATCHING (OPTIONAL, PRO) The AI filter (Pro) checks messages against ready-made spam word lists in several languages, chosen and maintained by us and built into the app. It is keyword matching, not machine learning, and it works on your device. Smart matching (Pro) also catches common spelling variants of your words, such as with or without accents. It works for words written in Latin letters. Both are optional. Turn either off at any time and filter only your own words. GOOD TO KNOW No filter is perfect. Check the spam list in Messages now and then. Call rules need a full number with country code (at least 7 digits). Short prefixes such as +44 work for texts only. Apple applies message filters only to senders who are not in your Contacts.
