MyShiftHub vs ShyftMate

MyShiftHub is a private shift-sharing app designed for teams that work in shifts. Post shifts you need covered, grab open shifts from teammates, and coordinate trades — all within your private team pool. Built for aviation employees, union workers, and any shift-based teams where employees are allowed to give away or trade shifts. MyShiftHub is a communication tool between employees — it helps coworkers find and connect over potential shift trades before submitting them through official channels. Important: MyShiftHub does not assign work, approve trades, or replace your employer's official scheduling system. All shift changes arranged through MyShiftHub must still be submitted and approved through your employer's official procedures. Features: - Post shift giveaways or shift requests with date, type, and location - Grab available shifts from your teammates instantly - Private team pools — only your crew sees your shifts - Real-time messaging between shift poster and grabber - Shift Radar — set custom filters and get notified when matching shifts appear - Push notifications for new shifts, grabs, and messages - Admin tools for team management and analytics - Calendar view to see your upcoming shifts at a glance - Invite teammates with a simple code MyShiftHub is owned and operated by Annova Technologies LLC.
